Tony was super helpful in correcting a technical issue. Fast response and problem solved. Great service!

I contacted customer support via their website and received a response within seconds. The employee who answered my questions was Tony. Tony was extremely respectful and answered each of my questions thoroughly and quickly.

Support is by far top tier, very quick response time WITH solutions, not jut words.

CUstomer service îs no doubt good but platform sucks.

The interface, rules and pricing are awesome, used PW for a discount on resets, as they say everyone stumbles..., gotta free account for the holidays too...im building nicely.. top tier when it comes to customer service, they always get back to you quickly.. like within seconds, helped me set everything up and answered any questions regardless of how myopic they seemed to me lol.

Although I lost three or four accounts with this company becuse of my greed and lack of risk management , I must admit that they have one of the best, if not the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sometimes it genuinely feels like they work just for me. Whenever I send an email, I receive a reply within five minutes. It honestly makes me wonder if I’m their only customer. That level of support is amazing.

The fastest service in the industry, and the only firm I know of that offers an onboarding call with you to ensure you understand the rules and the platform. I found out that I have Level 2 data on my call, but I needed to make a support ticket. Was able to do it in the Discord, and my man G.W. had me taken care of in 2 min flat, including the wait time. This is unheard of in the proper industry.

Capital N-O the deal is great but.
What is the purpose of the exhibition account after you pass the eval? That’s 5k total in profits on top of what you have to make in funded to get paid out. Those are 100k eval numbers. I’m genuinely confused.

And 40% of what ever you biggest day is on funded. All before you get a payout. The process is too long for no reason
