I'm very happy with your services and satisfied, never been denied of any payment that's what matters in this business of propfirm,
I truly believe FundingPips is the best propfirm out there.

they introduce stupid rules so often designed to ruin your trading and make you blow your account faster, i wouldnt recommend their so bipolar with their rules, its nearly impossible to make a payout

A reliable prop firm with fair spreads, swaps, and commissions; the only downside is that they don’t allow us to hold positions over the weekend. At least with BTC, that shouldn’t be a problem, or I can handle my own risk management,

They have excellent customer service, though they sometimes take a while to reply to emails—which is understandable given the volume of messages they receive. Payments are also handled well and always made on time. Great work.

These firm is absolutely rubbish. They have unwritten rules like they hide those rules in other sides.
Write all the damn rules in the front that everyone can read easily.
Big scammers

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. FundingPips operates with a shockingly incompetent technical infrastructure and an abysmal customer support team.
My account was abruptly terminated based on a completely baseless "Device ID match" flag. Anyone with actual knowledge of virtualization, VPS environments, or network infrastructure knows that automated hardware fingerprints, MAC addresses, and IP ranges regularly overlap among completely unrelated users. Instead of conducting a professional manual review of my custom-built automated bot and setup, your "Responsible Trading Team" hid behind a flawed automated false positive.
When I formally demanded concrete evidence and server logs, customer support first incompetently asked for my account number—failing to realize they had just sent the termination notice to my exact email address—and then abruptly dismissed me with a canned response: "It just simply means you can no longer use our services again."
Sending a customer satisfaction survey after baselessly terminating a legitimate trader, refusing to provide a single shred of technical proof, and demonstrating zero understanding of your own risk management systems is the ultimate insult. Your automated flagging is broken, and your support is useless. I will be sure to warn the algorithmic trading community about these amateurish and highly questionable practices.

I had a great support experience. The assistance was professional, prompt, and very helpful. All of my questions were answered clearly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I would especially like to thank Momin Munir for the outstanding customer service and dedication. His support was truly appreciated.

Closing the discussion does not answer the questions. If your decision is supported by evidence, then present the evidence. If there are additional examples beyond the single trade you cited, please publish them. Otherwise, repeating the same conclusion does not make it more convincing."

FundingPips terminated my account for an alleged “Shared CID” breach. I asked multiple times for the actual evidence, including the Device ID/CID, timestamps, IP/session details, matched account information, and the specific rule relied on.
They did not provide those details. Support then claimed I had already received a “comprehensive explanation,” but the only email I received was a generic Shared CID notice with no actual evidence.
I have MT5/VPS logs showing my account was used from a consistent VPS setup, and I asked them to compare the evidence against those logs. They refused to provide anything specific and simply said the decision was final.
In my view, this is an unsupported termination with no meaningful appeal process. I will update this review if FundingPips provides a proper evidence-based explanation.

Title: My disappointing experience with FundingPips – Be cautious before investing
I wanted to share my personal experience with FundingPips so that other traders can make an informed decision.
At first, everything seemed fine. During the 2-Step Evaluation, there appeared to be no restrictions on trading during high-impact news events such as FOMC. I successfully passed Step 1 and completed around 50% of the profit target in Step 2 while following my trading plan.
Then, without any prior warning, my evaluation was terminated. The reason given was that my device had been used to register another account. The other account belonged to a friend whom I had only helped register several months earlier. I never traded on both accounts simultaneously, never purchased two evaluation accounts at the same time, and never attempted to bypass any rules.
What I find difficult to understand is the timing. Those accounts had existed for more than six months. If this was a violation of their policy, why wasn’t I informed when the accounts were created, when I purchased previous challenges, or at any point before I had nearly completed the evaluation? Instead, the issue was raised only after I had made significant progress toward passing.
I also experienced what appeared to be unusual trade execution on another account. My stop loss was set to limit my risk to approximately $135–140, but the position closed at around $152.40, after which I was informed that I had exceeded the risk limit. While slippage can occur in financial markets, the execution I experienced raised concerns and left me with little confidence in the platform.
Based on my personal experience, I no longer trust FundingPips with larger purchases. I had originally planned to buy $100k and $200k accounts, but after what happened, I decided against it.
Every trader should do their own research before choosing a prop firm. My experience with FundingPips was disappointing, and I believe there are other firms with clearer policies and more transparent communication. Personally, I have had a better impression of The 5ers.
