I really had a realistic experience…

I really had a realistic experience that realigned my expectations based on what occurred. This is not an overnight experience.. after working for months and being never left in the dark I received more money than it cost and began my business after hitting multiple dead ends myself. Brittany was a valuable resource and I have recommended her to friends.

Self-funded? Get a Funding Partner.

I was absolutely not in a situation to take on private equity, I was boot-strapping and self-funding. Putting as much of my personal income and what little profit I had back into the business. It SUCKED.

Fundit helped me navigate the confusing world of business credit and now I know how to play the game. If you have a working business model and truly just need more operating capital to pour gas on the fire, talk to Fundit.

Fundit promises made but not kept

Terrible experience with Killian and Brittany and the company FUNDIT. I had been working with SMB funding looking to obtain business funding.

Out of the blue, I was approached by someone named Killian, who promised me business funding Up to $150,000 I gave him my information and told him I was working with SMB and he explained that they had taken over SMB.

Killian called me and said due to my credit score drop they could only get me $15-$30,000 and Said you need to give me a deposit for $2000. And he would be sending me a contract to sign. When I received the contract, it was a deposit of $2000 required, which said nonrefundable, I said I am not going to send you a nonrefundable deposit and he went on to assure me and guarantee me, that I would get anywhere between 15 and more than likely $30,000 for my business project. So I reluctantly agreed and gave him my Wells Fargo credit card. In the meantime, this was late on a Friday afternoon, I reached out to Zach from SMB questioning what was going on we talked at length and I told him I felt like I was being Scammed, And he agreed.

Fund it got back, saying my Wells Fargo charge did not go through, Which I was happy to hear . I contacted Wells Fargo and they said the charge did not immediately process. I asked them to stop the charge And they indicated they could not stop processing so the charge went through.

I reached out to Killian on the following Monday and he explained that I would be contacted by Brittany to go over details. Brittany Sent me an email and I contacted her and when she answered the phone. She answered SMB funding. I said I’m already working with Zach @SMB funding and why am I not dealing with Zach?

She went on to explain that she wasn’t sure if he transitioned to Fundit.

I said I am getting frustrated with this situation and I would like you to refund my money. She said no problem. You have a 30 day refund and you’re within your 30 day. Period. She put me on hold and then came back, saying fundit Changed the rules and no refund would be available. In my initial call with Brittany, she answered SMB as she worked for SMB prior to the funded takeover.

Moving forward, I told her I wanted a refund and I will be going to social media and multiple other sources to get recover my funds. On Wednesday, February 26, she got back and said management approved the refund and she said we will wire you the money that’s quicker than mailing you a check so I gave her my Bank of America information.

The wire did not show up that day or Thursday or Friday. I continued to send emails questioning what was happening. She said I told you it would be three days and let’s give it till Monday. I said OK.

on Tuesday. I sent an email questioning what was happening. At which time she said, let me check with management. She then asked me to check with Wells Fargo to see if it was applied back to my credit card, which was the original form of payment. I checked my Wells Fargo account and there was nothing there. I sent another follow up email stating as such and yesterday she said management denied the refund even after waiting a week for the wire.

Brittany got back to me yesterday, saying that management denied the refund even after approving The refund a week earlier. Bait and switch.

I am now going back to Wells Fargo with this information and starting a chargeback.

Be careful and dealing with this company.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this situation. Our records show that we clearly explained your pre-qualification range of $15,000–$30,000 based on your lower credit score—far below the $100,000–$150,000 our average client typically qualifies for. Despite agreeing to these terms and the non-refundable deposit, you decided to request a refund very early in the process, before we had the chance to finalize funding arrangements.

Additionally, it appears that, based on our records, no payments had previously been logged under your profile before signing up with us on 1/28/2025. Meaning you had not yet subscribed or purchased anything from us before that date, which aligns with the fact that our only exchanges with you prior to then had centered around providing information about what we offer. Those conversations had not previously progressed in to any transactional stage.

We take these matters seriously and always strive to provide a professional, transparent experience. Unfortunately, when you demanded a full refund before allowing us to complete the funding work, you also threatened to post negative reviews if your demand was not met. We stand by our contractual obligations and the services we provide to each client. It is regrettable that we could not reach a more amicable resolution in your case.

Great team and really professional

Great team and really professional. Process was a lot better than expected. They were able to help me secure funding for my real estate deals. Without them, those deals would’ve never happened! Highly recommend
