waste of time

waste of time bordering on a scam.
waste of time they do not offer loans. they now have all my details on their records and no way to close the account. emails are being returned. they will not remove my bank and card details for 5 years! these were entered on a false pretence of offering a loan, they offered nothing! BEWARE!

This company been having Technical…

This company been having Technical issues for last 3 months it's Obviously noone Investing stay clear as they lie and hard search you knowing rightly they have no Investors and please don't reply saying sorry you had technical issues cause that's all yous ever say it's all lies

Excellent customer service & support

They always give me a fair loan based on the amount. I even overpaid on one of my loans and they swiftly organised a refund to the same account. Their customer service and attention to detail is 10/10 - I have not come across such an attentive team before this. Thank you so much for your service!

This company steals the lenders money…

This company steals the lenders money to lend out to make 100% profit init!

They have no customer contact for the lender and don't reply to the lender when you do email or are incredibly rude when you place a complaint regarding the fact you deposit money that should be in the account with in 24 hour, that's still missing nearly a week! Had to get bank to get my money back! This company are fraudulent. When they say don't invest unless your willing to loose money! What you don't even consider is its them that just take and keep your money! Definitely not trustworthy AT ALL DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY....

Had a loan last year

Had a loan last year, paid on time and everything was great.
I was contacted on the 30/08 stating I was due a refund on the interest I paid and that it would be in my bank within 5 working days, I still haven’t received it and I’ve emailed customer services to receive the same email back ‘ we cannot confirm the cause of the delay or provide a specific timeframe.’ When I was told 5 working days, surely they should know what the delay is?

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service , Recieved an email late august stating that I was owed money for overpaid interest , two weeks later I called we hadn’t received a refund and was told that money is paid within 5 days of the email , it had then been two weeks , I was told someone would call me back same day, I’ve since been promised a call back same day five times and now being told they don’t know how long and it cannot be evaluated

I took a loan with Fund Ourselves that…

I took a loan with Fund Ourselves that experience was 100% perfect. However, they contacted me on 2nd September 2024 to inform me I was due a refund of the interest charged. I was assured the money would reach my account within 5 business days. 9 days have passed still no refund 😞 I have contacted them daily but no resolution 😞 18/09/2024 despite phoning Customer Services on 16/09/2024 still no refund 😞 Thank you for your reply I have received my refund. 👍

Took a loan out with Gofundourselves…

Took a loan out with Gofundourselves absolutely fine, but paid the loan off in full 5 days ago now and it's still showing as an open loan. Called them multiple times and have not eased my mind at all

10 days later and no funds sent

I applied for a loan and approved on the 5th August, its now the 15th and nothing. Keep saying "technical issues". Sorry but NO financial company has technical issues for this amount of time. They are FCA regulated so if i do not get a proper response from my email i might just got to the FCA and report them

Loan approved. No monies sent.

Loan approved. 7 working days after and still no funds in account. Fund Ourselves team claim it’s a technical issue but this cannot be true. What technical issue stops a company transferring money?

Either they are low on funds (i.e. lack of investors) and are awaiting repayments from others or will be filing for bankruptcy

Or to minimise risk they will send the loan out closer to your repayment day so they guarantee the first repayment.

Either way not looking good. If you’re in a similar situation I would cancel the loan. Look at other recent reviews. It’s a common issue.

Well my mom passed away on the 2nd and…

Well my mom passed away on the 2nd and it’s been hell eversince….so what happened she moved to New York with this woman she met online….Now when my mom was here in ft worth tx she found out she had lupus and along the time she got addicted to some pills called deli did….i guess that’s how it spelled she would sometimes somehow make her temperature go up when goin to the emergency room….to the point the hospitals here In Texas had her on a list where they stop giving her the pills….So she ended up goin to New York to stay with this woman she met online….so from what the lady said they was in the hospital must of saw her on a hospital list and at first told her No to giving her the delidid so my mama start throwing a fit and all of a sudden going against his first judgment he gave it to her…..10 mins later they get on the Bus all of a sudden she have a heart attack and seizure at the same time…and she’s in a coma 90% brain dead…we were forced to pull the plug…Now trying to worry about her funeral and memorial we got to figure out how we gonna come up with the money to get her body transported Back here to ft worth
Can someone please help

AVOID! Approving but then not paying funds

Approved for a loan on Saturday. No communication or funds received. Loan automatically cancelled……
Applied again and got approved on the 05/08/24, no funds yet and loan will be automatically cancelled if funds aren’t sent by tomorrow. Very slow in responding and blaming technical issues….
Surely if they are aware of these technical issues they should advertise them so people don’t keep applying.

Strange application

I have been using fund ourselves for a little while and never had an issue before, but yesterday I took out a small loan to cover some expected bills. Usually money is in my account within the hour, I applied at 4pm but money didn't show up. So I thought maybe it'll be in by the morning. It was not. So instead of them making contact via email to inform customers of technical issues, it took me to email them first. I was told that they are experiencing technical issues and they are working hard to correct the issue. I was then told if money isn't deposited into my account by 10pm today then my loan will be canceled. All well and good but also impacts me for future borrowing as they said "Cannot garantee acceptance for future loans" what?

What has happened

I used to use Fund Ourselves and their payments were within the hour of accepting. I've since had two loans approved since Friday, one cancelled after 4 days with no communication and I've just been told the next is being cancelled due to 'Technical errors'. The comms seem very strange, there has to be an issue with either funding their end (are they running out of money?) or my application (why am I being approved then?)
