Hi Stephen, thanks for leaving your feedback and sorry to hear that money was taken from your account. Normally no one can have access to your account/card and definitely can't withdraw money without your permission. FundRazr doesn't have any access to funds, they go straight from a contributor's account to a fundraising campaign owner's account through payment processors such as PayPal, WePay etc. We strongly recommend to contact your bank as it looks like a bank security question.

Having used GoFundMe in the past, FundRazr was a refreshing change. I didn't have to jump through hoops to recover the funds, I received more of the funds than I did through GoFundMe and the experience was far less painless.

Couldn't avoid tipping.
Tried do donate 10 times over 3 days without any tip. Not possible.
Tried to donate 1 time with tip, all of a sudden there was no problems.
I know that a lot of people had the same experience as I did.
Fair enough that fundrazr wants money for a service, but stop pretending that it is optional!

We exceeded our goal and so we are obviously happy. I was a bit worried about using WePay because it is not well known by users but it was flawless and I think users were not troubled.
We did encounter one technical hiccup that we got resolved by your tech support within 12 hours but it was a stressful period because we just got the campaign started, engaged our social media and people started donating an were not able to donate. We had to do a lot of back peddling as we waited to get it resolved. As a suggestion, it would be nice if we had hotline or direct number to call if we encounter a crisis because any glitches can lead to a loss of money.

Double Dipping Fundraiser
Was funny... donators were charged a fee for donating.. and then I was charged by WePay for withdrawing. Seems like a double dipping situation..

Hi Gary, thanks for being with us! When fundraisers pick our Free Plan, we ask contributors for an optional tip that they can easily opt-out. These tips support us and help us make free fundraising possible.
As for WePay, all payment processors collect their own industry-standard service fees. These fees directly go to the payment processor and we don't control or touch them.

I thought the experience was great, but the fees could be reduced. Now there are other sites that charge less per transaction, so to be competitive, the fees should be reduced.
