Frustration
It is very frustrating that every time I send an email, the response is within 10 days whereas on the 29th December I received an email that it will be 5-7 business days. It is already the 10th January (as per attached email)? It has been 10 days already.
Imani's was very professional, thank you.
That being said, should I not receive my refund, which I don’t recall signing up for anything, in my opinion it is fraud, I will go public and worn other subscribers, which I don’t wish to do.
I hope to get this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.

Careful with a trial subsciption
At first I set up a trial subscription. Without canceling from my side, this would be extended. I didnot think of the cancelling ... so the subscription money was taken from my account.
