These are fraudsters. Thought I was ordering a software key but ended up with a subscription to ourhomething with an initial trial equal to the software cost. After that a recurring fee for a monthly subscription which is tenfold to the original cost of software.

I never ask to suscribe.

This company are fraudsters. They stole my information when I was trying to download a carparking app. They then set up a monthly subscription in my name. Avoid at all costs, they are thieves.

The executive supervisor Carmen was really pleasant to work with. She resolved my issue with expediency.

Solved my problem straight away very good service

I tried to register in a UK parking website on Feb 20, it forwarded me for giving credit card info, then a company in Cyprus, Senkoza Ltd. debited €0.1 on my card. I felt curious already. Then, a company Funkidshow.com sent me 2 emails on Feb 21, saying that I am their member, and would auto renew my membership in 3 days and would debit me another €59. I needed to suspend my card, and I sent email shouted to them. Then they replied immediately and said would cancel my membership. But on Feb 21 night, they still dared to debit me €6.95 as part of the membership and cancellation fee. It's like a fraud website stealing personal info and creating fake membership that one didn't apply for. I am going to report to UK authorities now. Hope other victims will do the same, as they caused us so much trouble including cancel a credit card and rearranging those linked payments.
