The manner in which the packing list on this occassion was adhered to the side of package resulted in contents not being displayed / missing a customs declaration form. Subsequently customs could not determine contents were food supplement resulting in a 3 week delay for customs clearance and multiple emails to courier to enable clearance to be achieved.
Previous delivery did not have this problem.Please ensure contents information are readily available on a customs declaration form / displayed on packages for international deliveries.

Confusing and misleading pricing. You stated $69 plus $10 shipping. Then charged $79 and $18 for shipping.

I was sent an email inquiring if I would like to modify my subscription and when I responded that I wanted to freeze my subscription because I had a surplus of product, the order was filled anyway.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied. HOWEVER, I have a very minor issue about the size of the BCAA container. It's so tall and deep that I always have problem scooping. The powder content is not even half the size of the tall can. Why can't you make the container half of it's current size? Makes it a lot easier without causing a mess. Yeah it's just a minor issue but...

You gotta give an option to order supplements without having to log in. It does give such an option, but when you finish entering payment info and click "place order", it gives you an error message in red, saying you need to log in.

I have a number of minor issues since I started using the supplement shop, most I admit were down to myself not quite understanding. however the responce I recevied each time was prompt, polite and helpful, most inportantly with a statisfactory resolution. So thank you team keep up the good work.
