We ordered the room divider bunk bed and have had a wonderful experience with funkybunkbeds. The staff have been polite, helpful and communicated everything so well. I changed my mind on the colour after the initial order and they accommodated everything with no issues. The bed itself is amazing - it’s so sturdy and well made. The delivery staff that assembled the furniture were lovely too. The bed was a little dusty from the warehouse but no issues once wiped over.
I would recommend FBB to anyone and hope to use them when our youngest has his room re-done.

Ordered a gate middle of December were now nearly into February and it's still not arrived! Messaged them a number of times said it would arrive by end of week that was 2weeks ago last communication with them!

We had Josh to fit us some amazing bunk beds and Josh has been brilliant he’s done an amazing job, the kids are so happy, we would highly recommend funky beds, Thankyou so much, Gemma.

Ordered a bunk divider and I was impressed with all the details you can personalise. When it arrived, it was fitted very quickly and I was blown away at the quality - amazing. We feel like we've added an extra bedroom and our younger two now have their own space. We all love it.... already looking at ordering a kitchen island from them when we do the kitchen.

I was a bit nervous at first where they’re an online based company but Kelsey was quick to respond to any questions without pressuring me into a rushed answer.
Delivery date was when it suited me and I was able to agree bespoke measurements and changes, mixing the quote around until it met my budget.
It’s reassuring that you only pay the full amount on the day when the bed is physically with you, with just a small deposit upfront.

Lastly the bed itself is fantastic! It’s very solidly built and my son won’t stop telling everyone about how cool it is. The guys building it were in and out within just a couple of hours too with all screw holes hidden under colour matched stickers.

After initially being denied planning permission by the council to split our big bedroom we got in touch with Funky bed beds, from start to finish the purchase was faultless, contact was great, installation and fitting of the bed was also faultless by the 2 lads that came, who took great care not to damage the brand new floor or freshly decorated walls. 100% would recommend this company and they also stopped a big headache of potentially having to move again

We recently ordered a bed with Funky Beds and we are over the moon with the whole experience. The customer service we received was great I didn’t shave any experience in made to measure beds but they gave me all the guidance I would need to order. I also ordered a mattress from them. The bed was ready really quickly but they were also good enough to hold onto it for me until my little boys room had been decorated. The bed arrived and it is perfect just we wanted and my little boy loves it. He has a little hidden area underneath full of his toys and lights and loves his ladder. A very happy customer.

Excellent service and customer service

I had an idea of what I wanted and sent a very rough sketch. I worked with the company who were brilliant and designing what I wanted that would fit in the room. The men who came to fit the beds were pleasant and worked really hard to ensure everything was fitted just as I wanted. The quality was far better than I expected and these are solidly built beds.. my boys love them

Incredible company. Easy to communicate with and fast responses. Delivery was quick, bed was build perfectly and my kids are so happy with it. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Great company.
The bed is good quality, the delivery men was polite and quick when installing bed.
Once deposit was paid there was no pressure to pay. I paid in instalments as and when I wanted via bank transfer, I paid my last amount the day before delivery.

Correspondence was clear, polite and was always helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. The bed was stated as 175 inches on site and they adjusted it to 172 inches removing some of the steps to fit my children's bedroom,
The mattresses are good soft, thick quality.

Would highly reccomend these if u want a custom made bed. This bed has given my 3 children who share a room space to play and enjoy their room. Very happy children and parents!

I’d been searching for the perfect bunk beds for months when I came across Funkybunkbeds, really easy to order, customer service was fantastic and the delivery guys had them built before I’d finished my coffee! 5***** will definitely recommend, thank you guys my girls love them and that’s priceless

Brilliant company to deal with! Absolutely love how you can choose your own style for the beds along with size. All to fit your room the way you need them to. The delivery and assembly was quick and lovely staff all around. Thank you very much!

This company was great from the beginning to end. The bed was scheduled to be delivered on a certain date and then rescheduled a week early which fitted so much better for us, the delivery guys rang in advance to let me know what time they was going to arrive when they arrived the bed was put up straight away and it looks fantastic I would and already have reccomend them to others

We needed an adapted bed to keep our daughter with a brain injury and autism safe at night. After a lot of searching I found funky beds and it was easy from start to finish.
I spoke to them on the phone and told them exactly what I needed and they walked me through everything. We went with the 5ft front opening bed with one drawer underneath so she would be able to climb on herself. Installation was easy and the lads had it done in about 90 mins.
Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
I chose to pay for the bed in installments before it being delivered, and there was never any pressure to pay anything after the deposit, I just paid what I could afford each month towards it. I had a custom bed built over the stairbox last week, the guys were very polite and had it built within a couple of hours. Very happy with it, and a very happy little boy. I cannot fault them on anything. Thank you 😊
