Freshness of food is next level
Freshness of food is next level, I realise that what I was buying from the supermarket pales in comparison! So sad that this food would otherwise go to waste - it's high quality - the lemon, mint, apple, spinach and avocado has been especially incredible in my last few orders. I won't go back to supermarket as saving food and helping farmers with Funky. Also happy with meat and eggs and the way everything comes so well packaged and cold. Thanks for being great on customer service and helping me navigate the subscription set up. Highly recommend Funky Food. Save money, helping the planet, and eating well! :)

Giant melon in my box (good)!
Way more fruit and veges than I was expecting! Based on my substitutions I thought I'd get more fruit than I did, but overall was happy with what I got. Communication was fantastic, delivery was easy, and sign-up/payment process easy. Also appreciate the fortnightly option (as only purchasing for 1!).

First timer-Wow!!!
I recently received my first box & I'm so impressed, seriously. I thought I might've pressed the wrong button & ordered too much or something-was such a generous amount- 2 boxes!?!?! My crisper is overflowing, the fruit bowl is balancing everything precariously & I've legit got
So much root veg that I'm making a big soup as we speak. Best part about it may be that my son loved helping unpack it all (he is frustratingly anti-veg). Last night he tried things he never has! And liked them!!! Customer service is also excellent. I will attempt to convert everyone I know :)

Friendly and helpful customer service
Would highly recommend.
Tried one delivery and received a mouldy pumpkin in the box. I sent a text message to their customer service number with attaching a picture to show them how mouldy it was. Unfortunately no one has got back to me for 2 weeks. I had to be honest that I was quite disappointed.
But after I reached out to them via email, I had a completely different experience. They responded to me very promptly and friendly, explaining me that they did an investigation and found that their SMS line cannot receive text messages with photos and that is why I did not hear back from them. They apologized sincerely and promptly proposed resolution. I ended up getting another funky box from them which was pretty fresh and good. I also provided with them some other feedback and they took it very seriously. I would be happy to recommend their products for rescuing good quality veggies and fruits and for their great customer service.

My first funky food box was terrific. It was super easy to swap things in the box during ordering. I received help quickly when I needed it during my account setup and delivery was smooth. I was kept updated on when my box would arrive on delivery day. I am well pleased with the quality and freshness of my funky box.

Quality of fruit, vegetables and meat all excellent. Communication clear with good follow up and love the option to return and reuse all packaging. I think this will save me quite a bit on my weekly supermarket shop.
