Cards arrive lare

This is second time funky pigeon have let me down on Delivery of cards.....This year card sent on 17th February. Sons Birthday 22 february. Online says estimate 24 february.....2 days after his birthday!!!!! Card sent first class post too........will use Moon pig in future seems to be more reliable.

Absolutely awful!

First of all; the website is incapable of saving changes. I made some amendments to a personalised item, hit the 'save' button, received a notification that the amendments had been saved successfully, but then the item that was sent out was a previous version, before the amendments were made.

Since receiving this incorrect item I have repeated this process three times and every single time, despite being told that the amendments had been saved successfully, the item saved in 'my drafts' does NOT save the changes. Unless you immediately add the item to your basket and order straight away, the changes are lost and you have to start all over again.

Secondly, if you want to change the delivery option once you have selected one, this is not possible. The only way to change the delivery option is to remove the item from your basket and start the whole process again. You can therefore see how the first problem is compounded by the second problem!

Thirdly, I contacted Funky Pigeon using the ONLY way you to get in touch with them, which is to use the 'contact us form' TWO weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment email, but nothing else. TWO WEEKS and no-one has responded. I have sent two follow-up emails, but still nothing.

My only option, it would seem, is to request a chargeback from my card provider.

So in summary; the website doesn't work properly, the checkout process is awful and customer services ignore you.

Hugely Disappointed

Received a bouquet sent by son in Australia.
Absolutely awful,all the heads had fallen off the blooms and were in the bottom of the box.
I contacted them immediately but have no reply.
Hugely disappointed as I had to tell my son how bad they were were.
Better bouquets for £10 in Aldi.
Will never order from them again

Order hasn’t arrived & no customer service

I ordered a personalised calendar on 28th November. I was told this would arrive by 2nd December, in time to give to my in-laws before they went away.
However, I still have not received my order.
I’ve emailed, no response. I’ve direct messaged on social media, 0 response.
I am now out of pocket with absolutely no calendar and no present for my in-laws, not to mention it was personalised with pictures of my 1 year old and I have no idea where it is!
Really poor customer service who have thus far completely ignored me.

I ordered 3 sets of cards

I ordered 3 sets of cards. One was for Father’s Day. (A first Father’s Day) so this was something special from our little baby to her dad. I paid extra for it to come a certain day which this did not happen. Instead it came on the Monday the day after. I’m not happy because when I am paying for something to arrive for a special occasion I expect the goods to arrive. I won’t order again from this site I will use another site instead. If I knew the low star reviews this company already has I wouldn’t of bothered wasting my time either

Excellent service

Excellent service. Ordered some invitations and price was reduced for multiple order. Extremely well done, delivered well packaged and quality was fantastic. I've ordered many times and always reliable.

Paid extra money for delivery

Paid extra money for delivery, Card never turned up on the date arranged, contact there lousy customer services and they said delivery was attempted even though there was people in the house. They said the card, just a card needed a signature.
They wouldn't refund any of the money I pai cause they said they attempted delivery which I know is a lie because the ring would of notified me if anyone came to the house and nobody did.
Avoid this company at all costs there a bunch of conn artists

Just ordered a birthday card for my wife.
Wow could this company not make using there software anymore frustrating 🙄
Finally uploaded all my photos but with great patience.
Any discount codes should be automatically added instead of searching.
Just hope card arrives on time now🙏🏼

Not what is used to be.

I thought it was just me but came into trustpilot to see this trail of bad reviews.

Don’t let their low prices fool you.

No contact number available to contact. I’ve sent 2 email and had no response so far. Claim to have it delivered the next day or 3 working days at the latest yet no order or no contact.

Wanted to have the order for a birthday. Birthday has passed yet no order received leaving me in an awkward situation.

At least have the decency to have a phone number people can call so you can update them on their order and not ignore emails when the contact request gets filled in.

I spent £50 which is

I spent £50 which is a lot of money for me. I ordered flowers, bubbly, Chocs and a ribbon with message and only the flowers turned up.
What a disappointment.
My advice, don’t use them.

Disappointed to be honest

Disappointed to be honest, spent £75 with them £12 of which was delivery. Requested a specific day so my partner wasn't home and they showed up early will funkypidgeon.com all over the packaging... safe to say it ruined the surprise and I won't be ordering from them again.

Website promised "Order today for…

Website promised "Order today for delivery tomorrow". However, delivery was carried out 3 days later. Reason given was that it was a bank holiday in Guernsey. Nowhere in the T&C's was this stated, nor was there a warning when placing the order (in fact the order page stated "delivery 29th")
When this is questioned you get a cheeky response claiming that I should learn to read their small print. Really shoddy service and impolite, and childish, customer support.

Another order not delivered

My order was dispatched Thursday 18th November first class, still waiting for it to arrive a week later.
Used their contact form to report the issue and now have to wait up to 72 hours for them to respond. Not good enough. Will not use this company again nor can I recommend. Let’s see when I get a refund if they delete all the data they hold on me!
