One faulty product, some good ones
A couple of the products I ordered were great but one of them was faulty (it included a torch which did not work) and it was extremely difficult to contact the company to get a refund or replacement. Why does the website not include a phone number? The contact messaging system was very annoying with endless cycles and traffic lights to click! Please just give me a phone number so I can speak to someone!

Stylish and practical games
I bought the wooden world puzzle map for a 5 year old and a mosaic game for a 3 year old as presents for my friend’s children in Germany, they were both a hit. I didn’t pay for special delivery and they arrived within 2 days. Great service.
