I have sent numerous emails to these guys about the whereabouts of my package #FF9722AU . No response, no updates. Only a robotic answer on this site . I had more help from Aus post. I don’t mind having to wait for things but the sheer lack of communication via emails is a real problem and I wouldn’t bother ordering from you guys again

I put in complaint that I paid $137.22 for furniture covers. Didn’t receive them, refused to get back to me, refused to say anything about my order. Finally wrote negative comment and they got back to me. First they said they didn’t have an order like mine. Then after complaining they said they don’t know when the product will arrive so I would need to wait, BUT they would refund 10% of purchase price for waiting. A whole whooping $13! I said no because I know I will never receive it. I wanted a full refund of what I paid. Again no response from this company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY. The Better Budiness Bureau is investigating this unhonest company . I am tired of waiting and lies.

This company is a scam. If you look closely, you’ll notice they use translation apps for their emails, and they do not respond to messages via email or Instagram. Most likely, you will not receive your order. The website’s reviews are fake.

Prices are extremely high because they claim their products are "high quality" — but that is not true. The company has previously faced legal action and received a takedown notice from the UK. You can verify this by visiting gov.uk and searching for "Funny Fuzzy."

Let me repeat: you will NOT receive your item, and if you do, it will almost certainly be of poor quality. Please avoid buying from this company. There are far better and more affordable alternatives online or in stores.

Do not trust the five-star reviews, even if you think I might be trying to sabotage the company. Do your own research — and consider buying from a reputable site instead.
