Don’t fall for these ai slops. The mug I received is just a photo of the faux 3d so it looks kind of blurry and poorly made. I’ve seen way better looking mug designs at my local flea market, which is where I should’ve gone in the first place. I’m going to stick to buying from there and Etsy from now on. So not worth the price since it’s made so cheaply! I’m very upset with what I received as this was my husband’s first Father’s Day gift but I’m not going to give him this.

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of the print and product is terrible and the photos of the product on the website looks totally different than what arrived. And they are not even willing to give a refund, even though their refund policy is clearly explained on their website. What a shame.

Ordered a cute little puzzle for my grandkids to give their dad on Father's day. It is smaller than I thought but the dimensions were correct, I just visualized a larger puzzle. It will be fine, as 5 year olds lose attention doing puzzles and they will be putting this together!! Very fast delivery.

The company you use to deliver your package threw my parcel on to the ground. Luckily it seems to be undamaged. The product itself seems of decent quality. Although, it does have quite the chemical smell to it.

The ordering and option selections were awesome, we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery was quick and well packaged, and the product is exactly as pictured even with customisation. Great quality - highly recommend.

I like that My package arrived early than expected and the baseball jerseys are perfect!

Fast delivery and love the shirt

I’ve never been so disappointed and embarrassed about a gift. I was under the impression that the “Super Daddio” mug design was 3d/textured (with the exception of the personalized names). It is all a picture printed on the mug and printed with poor quality.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a t-shirt to gift my husband for father's day. I ordered one of STAR WAR. Unfortunately, your system did not pick up the i in MIA's name. I placed the order around 9pm at night, but caught the error the next morning and when I called the Customer Service # listed on the web to ask if it could please be fixed, a gentleman by the name of James or John, I believe, answered the phone and told me that it was too late, as the t-shirt had already been shipped. Really? I asked him to please, please stop the delivery and have someone fix the problem, he told me with a very condescending voice, that it was my fault because I didn't catch the error when I placed the order. I did catch the error before placing the order. The system kept on showing the name missing the I but I placed the order anyway because I could see that the system picked up the and spelled the name correctly in the back so I assumed that someone in the company was going to catch their error. Lastly, he told me that in order for them to stop the "delivery", I was going to have to pay the shipping fee (again) of $6.99 which I refused. I received the product today and sure enough. The name in the front is misspelled.
Very, very disappointed. Will never buy from them again. Specially because of the poor customer service given to me.
I cannot attest 100% the day of my experience but it was around May 22, 23 or 24 of 2026.

Update: I have now received a new replacement mug and am very satisfied with the it. Customer service has been great delivering on their promise.

Overall not a bad experience be was a little disappointed in the quality of item received. I got a customized mug and the printing was not precise and they came out fuzzy and just looks sloppy.

Great Father's Day shirt for the Star Wars Dad Fan

The shirt came in plenty of time for Father’s Day, made exactly as ordered. I am sure my son-in-law will love it!

I got the shirt and love it !!
But however I wish there was an option to change the message on the front for a single child to be able to say
“I AM HIS or HER FATHER “”
Instead I could only get one that said
“THEIR FATHER”
Some people only have one child so THEIR does not work for us!!

The product is so cute - a fun way to celebrate Father's Day. However the ordering process on their website is challenging to navigate. I ended up with 2 of the same puzzle because I did not receive a confirmation after placing the first order so I thought it hadn't gone through. The customer service team responded to my complaint, but only to refund the shipping charge, not the entire fee.

Got my order earlier than expected. Everything came as ordered, no mistakes. Great job!
