Not a good website. They were sponsored on facebook and I saw a table on it of 9 pounds which wasnt available and they deducted and 40 pounds deducted of any silly membership which even I didnt apply….. they are not good. My support representative was Kate, she told me that we cant refund you the payment which is the most disgusting thing

Please refund $46.75 to my account, This account was cancelled last week therefore no money should be

I did not create an account with this place. I saw an ad on Facebook targeted to my age group alone, to order a limited slab of free gifts from Amazon and it was listed for a low amount. However, 2 different companies tried charging my account. The one was canceled by me and this company tried 2 more times for higher amounts. I tried contacting them to no avail until today. Which was the first time I've actually had the chance to speak to someone from this company about this situation. Mary was very helpful and said she put in an order to cancel my account and it should be completed in 14 days. She confirmed that my bank account will no longer be charged. This was the best part of my experience with them. However, she did ask for a 5 star review. Other than that, I know nothing about this company. Someone or something created an account with them using my information. Be careful on Facebook is all I can say.
Update: 6-17-2025 Recently, I've started receiving an increased amount of emails from this company informing me of a refund which I have yet to receive and a request to remove my review. The experience occurred over 3 months ago and they are finally reaching out about a refund. For the obscene amount of emails that I began receiving from them requesting the removal of my review and promise of refund was ridiculous. I had to ask them to please stop harassing me. It has been over 7 days since I've received an email neither a refund neither have I been contacted by the support team as stated. Please pay attention, be careful, protect yourself and stand your ground. This place is still a scam and is desperately trying to force great reviews to mask the truthful reported experiences. Probably to gain more potential customers to scam.

I’ve never signed up on this website and they charged me 45€. I was scammed into a website called thesemicars and somehow they shared/transferred my authorisation. They refuse to share how they got my information/how I ‘signed up’.

I was a little disturbed over the incident. Because I thought I was taken for a ride. Nevertheless Your assuarance made me relaxed. And hopeful I am releived of my mental agony.

The service is good and I am hoping that he will keep his promise for my refund as I am not aware about the subscription and my account has been set up without my knowledge
