Funstock was new to me but aftery first purchase with them went to well I will be a returning customer, while waiting for my order to come through I did contact their customer services for an update and they were really quick to respond, really can't fault then at all.

Being a Canadian customer, i thought this might be a risky venture during covid but I did pre-order the Evercade from FunStock and it was told the status of my order as well as any delays that were caused by covid. Keeping me up to date at all times. The tracking number didn't work but their support was fantastic at helping me find out where my package was.

Highly recommend! If you are ordering from Canada expect it to take a couple weeks but that's pretty normal for overseas orders.

I've pre-ordered from Funstock.co.uk a few times now and am very happy with the customer service provided. They obviously value the customer experience and put a big focus on keeping you informed of the progress of your order along the way (including being completely honest if any issues occur). This approach is comforting especially when you are paying for an item trusting that it will be delivered later on in the year.
If retro gaming is your thing I highly recommend them.

I am used them as I found the service and communication throughout the pre order process excellent and was delivered my package within the time frame promised during a difficult time for all logistics with lockdown in place.

I first found out about Funstock when I happened to come across an advert a few months ago showing the Evercade console, I had never heard of it before and was curious about the console it so I looked into it.

To my pleasant surprise, I found out that the Evercade not only played older retro games but the system also uses cartridges which appealed to me a lot. I ended up buying the Evercade premium bundle in June and have been very happy with mine, it is a fun system to play and it has a wide selection of games.

I have also bought a number of games from the Funstock website itself which has a clear design and is very easy to use, the company is very friendly and is great at communication. They have great prices and give out regular updates on orders via e-mail.

I am very happy with all of the stuff that I have purchased from Funstock and would highly recommend them.

Ordered the Evercade bundle back in June which was on back order for delivery in August. They kept me updated on the order via email and sent full tracking when dispatched.
Package was delivered in great condition and well packaged and absolutely love the product.
