Stole my money

Hit a bonus and won 20.80 and it didn't credit it. When I contacted support about it they said I won it off free spins with a 4 max win. Not true it was not won off free spins, and for the sake of argument say I did (I didn't) why didn't it credit the 4 dollars then? Ya dont make sense does it. When I mentioned that they said nothing we can do about it now and closed out the chat and now they won't respond. Sketchy should be called ripoff city. They just responded back saying sorry because you won then used your free play after the system recorded the whole log in session as free plays even though I went back to the lobby. They still can't explain why it took all my money. Sounds like they don't even know
