Fitter fitted bed together (apparently top technician) had to call back out months later as no screws used on one side of bed, mattress cover shredded in wash and mattress base below memory foam was two pieces of foam joined together about 3/4 across the bed size. Customer service was full of excuses and saying all our fault and took no responsibility at all. A company to be avoided at any cost, had to go out and purchase mattress from elsewhere. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Absolutely Awful
Absolutely Awful, had two beds delivered, and both had serious manufacturing defects. The first bed got replaced, but the second one was not loaded. Today I have had the 4th delivery failure, which means 4 days off from work. I had to book off and still have a broken bed. And used 4 days holdiay I cannot get back!

I HAVE HAD MY "MIBED" FOR 3 YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. LESS THAN HELPFUL AFTER ALL THE MONEY SPENT.
AFTER AN ACCIDENT WITH A CUP OF TEA, THE MATTRESS COVER HAD TO BE REMOVED AND WASHED AT 20 DEGREES. WHEN WE TRIED TO REFIT THE COVER, IT WOULD NOT FIT AND WE HAD TO BATTLE WITH THE ZIP FASTENERS. AS A RESULT WE WILL NOW HAVE TO BUY A NEW ,MATTRESS AS MIBED DO NOT SELL A SEPERATE COVER.
WITH ALL THE ISSUES WITH MIBED, I AM SURPRISED THIS COMPANY IS STILL TRADING. OFTEN, ELECTRIC BEDS ARE PURCHASED BY DISABLED AND ELDERLY PEOPLE, POST PURCHASE THERE IS LITTLE OR NO HELP. SAD.

The bed was delivered promptly to my 94 year old sister, Both delivery men were polite very pleasant and highly efficient, they could not have done more for her. She was delighted with her bed even more so with "Those Lovely young men"
Therefore would recommend to anyone who is looking for this service
Poor Communication Regarding Delivery
Communication regarding delivery was very poor and delivery was not done on expected date with no notification.
However, Armaan who delivered and assembled the bed was very professional and did an excellent job

he was on his own and he did a fantastic job. he helped me move our old bed out and then worked really hard to assemble the new bed. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

- As a customer it was not pleasant to see one person struggling with a two person job. How the company except one person to unload a bed and carry it upstairs to the bedroom is just unexceptable.

If you have 24 hours in a day to waste your time with these muppets then go buy a bed from them, if not safe your money and go elsewhere. You will save yourself a massive headache!

Do not buy from these sharks !! These people sold me a bed through one of their approved retailers, the mattresses supposed to be medium soft, it’s like sleeping on a hard floor, I also ordered a super king size bed got a king size. I feel ripped off by this company and there cowboy retailers. I have a brain tumour and severe physical disabilities, these beds have caused me bed sores and supposed to be leading bed specialists and hide behind their retailers and take no responsibility. I bed sores and this company don’t reply to there reviews see negative reviews, they given up on responding to complaints. I’m taking my claim to court now and a national newspaper to expose this company
This bed isn’t fit for purpose and I had one before this bed and they gotten worse!! There med firm mattresses are like sleeping on a hard wooded floor.
I suggest no one ever buys a bed from mi-bed better know as Furmanac they don’t care !! I have a brain tumour and physically and severely disabled, they stole my money. They didn’t even sent the middle bars for my bed at all. I’m Still waiting!
Im in serious pain and aggrieved over this cowboy company that ripped me off with there retailer. I’m angry this bed has caused me severe pain. I am due to expose both the retailer and bed company ripping off disabled people.
I am launching a county court claims and filing for aggravated damages as this bed has caused me injury of bed sores. I also was told don’t get memory foam and bullied into buying a hard mattress made from bad materials.
I am suffering badly from these beds, I even ordered a super king size and got a king size bed. The retailer has tried to say I didn’t but I have a witness. A newspaper will be getting involved

No delivery dates available until June. Then a component is unavailable so delivery cancelled. Arranged a new date of July 5th. Told on July 4th they knew nothing of an agreed installation on July 5th. No apology given.
My wife has already took 2 days off work and will need a 3rd.
Spoke to a few people and they cannot give us a date.

Sean & Corey were great - polite & efficient - moved the old bed, took another away to recycle, and left the new adjustable bed set up. All went very smoothly :)

Electric bed delivery from Furmanac
We had Martin & Jordan from Furmanac delivery our electric bed a week ago, they were very efficient,polite,knowledgeable & well presented. Got a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived.
They put the bed together very quickly and efficiently, showed us how to use the bed and cleared away after themselves.
All in all very pleased with their service 😀

Today I had my benson bed delivered by 2 really nice gents their names were as follows Jordan and Martin. They were brilliant arrived early rang me to say they were 10mins away, when they arrived they worked well together brought my bed , headboard and mattress in not an easy bedroom to access but they made it look easy, they were smiling polite and had it all unwrapped and set up so quickly I was amazed. Well done and thanks to them both they both really deserve their jobs and all the praise they can get.

Corey and Sean were polite, efficient and knew what they were doing. After some problems with the initial delivery and assembly of the bed they made everything good and I’m a happy boy 👍🏻
