First of all this company is not based in the us. They have many names to disguise who they are: furmints.com, petmade4you, the snuggle box.com and Pawpopup.com. I bought an item from them from a company that they represented as petmade4you which was managed by Shop.app. They are all over Instagram and sell custom-made pet items. They represent themselves as an American company, using a dropship address in Southern California. However, I ordered the item in early December and it arrived a month later from a Chinese courier. When I opened the item, which was a gift, I was very disappointed in the extremely poor quality. This item was supposed to be sterling silver and it looks like it came out of a gumball machine. I tried to contact the company four times. They ignored me. I then reached out to Shop.app, and they were also no help, claiming it’s not their responsibility to handle the companies they represent. I went on the four various websites I listed above and they’re all poorly written and obviously Chinese websites that are acting like they’re American companies. If you get your item at all, you’re lucky, or maybe not, because the stuff is such junk. I recommend looking at the reviews on the Shop app and you’ll see the many complaints and one star reviews. Part of why I thought this was because there was a return and a refund policy. After complaining to shop they responded. This company does not honor it, claiming instead it would be too cost ineffective to return an item to them. companies like this are all over the Internet, and unfortunately, they try to make themselves look legitimate. I only lost $50 and I can live without that, but other people can’t. Shame on these big American shipping companies that will take anybody’s money regardless of the sketchiness of the companies they represent.
