Edit: The team apologized and told me that my experience is an exception. They gifted me 2 extra pillows due to my experience. I am updating my review here not to mislead anyone who is thinking about buying this couch. So far, everyone who sat on it asked where I got it from.

Very comfy sofa. But delivery was a painful.

They tried to deliver the sofa twice, without letting me know in advance.

All communications via whatsapp (whenever they feel like responding). I had to ask them so many times if they know the delivery date. Every time, they said they don't know, because the delivery is done by a company they work with.

In the end, I received the sofa, after 2 months of effort. I didn't know they are not bringing it upstairs, however the driver was nice enough to help me, we carried 7 boxes of sofa up together.

Overall, it is a very comfy couch, but keep in mind that you need nerves of steel to deal with the customer service.

I’m VERY happy with the product. The quality is amazing and the seating is nice and soft. Assembly was advised to do with 2 people, but can be done by one.

At first I thought the metal brackets were used ones, but upon contacting support they clarified that it is because they assemble the sofa as the last part of quality assessment.

I ordered a sofa corner from the company furni, the sofa is amazing, very good quality and good work. The fabric is very good and soft. I highly recommend the company furni.

We love our couch. The quality is really good and it was easy to put together. We have received many compliments from friends about it.

Loosing 1 star as we were not notified when our couch was going to be delivered, for example 2/3 days before. We just received a call and then messages from the delivery driver that he was there. We weren’t home so could not receive it that day.

Thankfully we were able to reschedule for the next day - which was great.

This sofa was a great choice - it looks stylish, the fabric and its color are brilliant, the deep seats are really comfortable. You can see that it is solidly made, everything is refined in detail.

Delivery is also impeccable - fast, hassle-free, and the couriers are very helpful and polite. The furniture meets all expectations, both visually and in terms of use.

I had an issue with the company, but it was resolved quickly and professionally by their support team. I really appreciate their responsiveness and care. Very satisfied with the service overall!

Gorgeous couch, very decent. Assembly was not hard, like ikea level.

Delivery came a day later than expected/communicated, which was an issue because i had no one to receive the (large) delivery that day. But thankfully I was able to work something out.

My couch looks absolutely fabulous, very comfortable and soft, color is beautiful. I’ve got so many compliments about it. I love it!
It was delivered in the 6 separate boxes, so it was okay to get it up to the 4th floor one by one. Packaging was very good. Delivery took 4.5 weeks. I assembled the couch by myself, but honestly speaking it would be much faster with 2 people.
The only negative thing I can say about the service is that I got a call about delivery coming after I actually got it. I was lucky to be home. But I’m so happy with the couch and the quality of it, so it would be unfair to remove a star. Thank you!

All went great. I received the sofa within the timing that was established and it was exactly how I expected it to be.

I bought the Merlot 5-seater sofa and I am so happy with it! I found it through social media advertisements so I was sceptical at first, but after asking for more pictures and details with customer services I ordered my sofa online. When it arrived, it was even better and more pretty than what I expected! The beige colour is amazing, soft fabric but firm. Quality is really well and I think this sofa will last very long! The fabric and shape looks very stylish, right out of an interior magazine. The sofa is firm, you don’t sink in it but it bounces a bit, which I really like. Perfect to sit or lay in it for hours, so comfy. I would really recommend the merlot sofa, customer service is super friendly, helpful, quick reactions, you can call them, and prices are really well for such a big sofa! One thing to pay attention to: it’s a modular design but best attach it altogether so the sofa pieces don’t move. I hope you enjoy your merlot as much as I do. Don’t hesitate, it’s a good buy! :)

This is the first time I've bought a sofa without seeing it physically and also from a website that doesn't have a physical showroom. The company, the website, the answers of the customer service, the reviews in this platform etc. every aspect seemed to me too good to be true, therefore I was too much sceptical, but I wanted to give it a try.

Today I have this opportunity to write my comments after 3 weeks of using my sofa. First of all, the sofa was delivered to me within the promised time frame. The quality of the materials and the comfort of the sofa are satisfactory. And the look of the sofa is exactly like the photos on the website. In summary, we are happy with our new sofa and our choice.

We have only one criticism regarding the delivery to our home. I was told that the sofa would be delivered to my apartment in the building, but the delivery was made by only one person who was the driver of the truck, and he told me that he was in charge of delivering the goods in front of my building, not in my apartment. At that point I was alone with 8 big boxes of sofa parts, as I was not prepared for this. Luckily, I persuaded the driver to help me for an additional money to take all the boxes up to my apartment, which is on the 4th floor. However, in any case, I had to carry 8 big boxes together with the driver up to the 4th floor, which took 8 times going up and down all the stairs, which was very tiring for both of us. So, I can suggest the buyers to clarify this point with the seller before the delivery in order to prepare themselves for the delivery date.
