Think very carefully before buying from these people !

I asked for leather sofas & was advised yes they had a selection. I chose the Oakley (photos on website & it looked nice) you pay cash on delivery so all ok. Good price I thought as was advised they are cheaper as wholesale. We arranged delivery for bank holiday Monday & were advised we would be given a slot on the day. All day we stayed home & had to keep chasing for a time. The driver & the office had no communication at all. We eventually cancelled as they told us 9pm ! The office or man not sure who is who you get messages & calls but neither knows what the other is doing. He called & hassled us a few times into accepting delivery @ 10pm he even gave us a discount. The delivery drivers were nice but very stressed, they dropped the sofas off & left by 10.30 we unwrapped the sofas …. Not the same as the photo at all & awful smell of plastic!! Not happy, the guy now says no discount was authorised & I need to contact the suppliers even after he said he would happily change them . I sent him the photos but no reply. I sent a couple of messages no reply . He even had the cheek to thumbs up when I said I will be reviewing them . Wow what awful an awful after service. If I were you I wouldn’t use them. Nothing worse than seeing your hard earned money go to waste. Not what was in the website photos at all what a disgrace. You live & learn I will buy from a decent company now so please think twice before you use them ! I asked for a contact to complain but no reply .. only interested in money. I have not been given anything at all apart from the falsely advertised sofa …Their reply is also lame like the company ….simply avoid them

We would like to clarify the situation, as this review does not reflect the full sequence of events.

At the outset, the customer did not confirm their availability for delivery. Once the order had been dispatched and a specific time slot was provided, the customer then requested a last-minute cancellation while the delivery was already en route, stating they were going out. Despite this, we were in the process of rescheduling the delivery for the weekend to accommodate the customer, even though the driver had already travelled approximately 40 km, accepting the associated fuel and time loss on our side. During this time, the customer independently made a separate agreement directly with the driver/supplier and paid £450. This was not authorised by us, as the original agreed price through our service was £550. By proceeding with a separate arrangement at a different price, the customer entered into a new contract outside of our involvement. At that point, we were no longer part of the transaction. The supplier’s terms for such discounted arrangements do not include returns or replacements. When the customer later contacted us requesting a replacement, we explained the situation clearly. Instead of raising this with the supplier they had directly dealt with, the matter escalated to threats of a negative review and inappropriate language.

We respect every customer’s right to leave a review, however, it is important that it reflects the full and accurate context.
