I’m a big believer of giving a review Good or bad. The morning after delivery I called the office to say a big thank you to the delivery guys, they were brilliant. From ordering to delivery the lovely ladies in the office kept me updated as well as working around my hubbys meeting.
Our Buxton Garden furniture is beautiful and no issues at all from start to finish. Thank you to all at Furnico 😊

I was recommended by a friend to furnicoliving after seeing how great their sofa was. I was so happy I ordered and so happy with my choice of sofa. It’s comfy, easy to assemble, a looks great!
I was told it would be a few weeks and I was contacted for delivery way quicker than what I thought!
Accommodating with delivery and was contacted when the delivery was almost there! Couldn’t be more pleased.

We did have to wait a few weeks for our garden furniture to arrive also had to change the set as the 1st one was out of stock but in honesty I absolutely love what we have we now have the Buxton set it’s beautiful and having the fire pit in the middle is just so nice in the evenings to sit out and enjoy 😊 the delivery drivers where polite so all in all a great experience

Very fast delivery only one day after ordering. Friendly, honest and helpful customer service. Great sofa nicer in real life and very comfy.

Do not bye from them, sent me the wrong sofa and eight months later they still won’t take it back. Sent loads of emails phone calls ,ignoring me now and not replying to emails when they do pick up the phone to me They lie , now they saying they can’t help and there is nothing we can do so now I have spent £2000 for nothing , disgusting company

I had a sofa delivered 4 weeks ago. It is damaged and cannot be assembled. After sending endless emails and pictures of damage I am now being ignored. Disgusting, unprofessional company. I will now ne taking legal action.

26/10/23 I have still not had my faulty sofa collected. Every email I send is ignored. I called 2 weeks ago and was laughed at and shouted at by a member of their team.

Without a doubt, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

WARNING! Do not buy from these! I bought a garden set ‘with rain cover’ took delivery with no rain cover and item had faults (broken feet) - they promised to post them out to me asap but never did. After many texts and many emails I still haven’t received anything! Avoid, you have been warned!

Absolute cowboys, sent me a faulty sofa & taking no responsibility for it & have ignored all of my emails since. They have lied & said photos were taken & it was perfect condition, that is a lie as when I opened it there were already rips.
One of the peices that connect it is broken & when looking on the inside of the sofa trying to work out how to put the arms on noticed how awful its built, literally looks like something my 14 Yr old son could build in design & technology at school
I am utterly disgusted they are taking peoples money.
Also I believe most of these reviews are by friends/family as there is no way people could be that happy with trash

Ordered a fire pit garden sofa and dining set. It looks amazing and the condition is 10/10. So comfy. Will definitely be ordering from Furnico again. Only downside was the wait time and being told it was coming next week, then it wasn’t, then it was. This was obviously very stressful! Delivery drivers only leave the items at the front of the property. Being a single parent this was very stressful and difficult for me to get into my back garden! Asked for help from delivery drivers but was declined help.
