If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute con artists. I ordered flooring through the which turned up the wrong size and the only options they gave me (for their error!!) was a 20% refund or I could return the item which I'd have to pay for and organise myself and then I wouldn't get 25% of my refund because I would be charged for a restocking fee. None of this is transparent with B&Q or Furnishings UK Ltd or Mega Flooring UK (whichever version they are because they've used 2 different names). They also listed on the B&Q returns form the reason for the return was that I changed my mind, which is not correct. God knows they are a B&Q "verified seller".

Bravooooo

At last !!! An amazing company,with fantastic friendly yet professional customer liason. Speedy delivery and my daughter was estatic with her new bed. Would recomend to all i know. Thanks
