Placed order on 24th April. Paid £69 for delivery. Item is still not here (21st June)
Have contacted customer service 3 times now and just get fobbed off with they will check with their supplier (in poland) and get back to me, I then hear nothing until I chase it again a week later.

Im not even sure this is a real company becuase of the amount im being meaaed about, I paid through PayPal so will be contacting them for a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Customer service review so useless. Not helpful at all I miss very small parts from my item. I asked them for help I put the request To have this missing part I didn't hear from them for about 1 and 1/2 months. Finally I've been called them and no helpful at all. Think twice if you decide to buy something from them

They was very helpful with any questions I needed answered. And a prompt response.
Sofa was exactly has described.
The delivery guys they used was really good 👍 they placed sofa where asked they unwrapped it completely, they connected the sofa togeather and set all cushions up. All ready to sit and enjoy 😉. Extremely pleasant and very considerat of your home. I truly recommend 👌 and a 5☆ service.

Me and my partner recently purchased a 3 seater, 2 seater and footstool, the furniture is in great condition and is exactly as described. Sofas are very comfortable.
Diana, the lady who sold us the furniture could not have been more helpful, timely responses and good organisation and able to deliver the furniture at short notice.
When they arrived the furniture was carefully packed in their van and moved into the house with care.
Great service and would definitely recommend.

Purchased two sofas this morning what great service they were delivered by 6 this evening . The delivery guys were great.the sofas were all wrapped to prevent any damage in transit . Sofas were lovely . The guys even had move piece furniture brother had forgotten to move . Happy to oblige they said Very friendly and polite... excellent would highly recommend

Been amazing from the start! Ordered a sofa and arranged delivery, they were super helpful in changing the delivery date for personal reasons, no questions asked!
The sofa was wrapped up lovely so no damage or dirt was to get onto it during transit or putting it into the property which they did all the carrying for me! Excellent condition and bargain of a price!

Ordered late pm one day, delivered by 11am the following day. Lovely lady I dealt with, two lovely delivery men, they positioned the sofas for me and offered to unwrap them. Would 100% recommend. They also took away my old sofas for an extra very small fee.

Im very glad i found this site as i cant afford new furniture and their prices are reasonable and the furniture looks good. How i undersrand they are making cleaning. Because my sofa smells good 🤟
