Beautiful furniture and excellent service.

I ordered some dining room chairs back in August 2020. It took longer than expected to receive them, but I was informed about the delay via email on a regular basis. While I was disappointed with the delay, I appreciated very much that they were transparent with me and set the expectation when the furniture would arrive. When the order came in, it was packaged well, included all of the parts for assembly, and I was very happy with my purchase.

Delivery was fine but there was confusion about availability and had I known the delivery would have taken 3 weeks longer than expected I may not have ordered it - the product was good though when received

I LOVE my new fixtures! The product information was very helpful. The response from Furniture ETC was great, including a follow up email once purchase was complete and email correspondence during the delivery time. The packaging was thoughtful and the product was beautiful! I haven’t hung them yet cause we are waiting for our house to be finished but I can’t wait to share a picture once I do!

The furniture arrived in a timely fashion in good condition and was easy to order online on a trustworthy site. It looks great in my dining room.

Thee tables were delivered quickly and were just as described. A few minutes to attach the legs and we were in business.

Wonderful quality furniture. Although shipping took a little longer than expected, it arrived undamaged and just as expected.

I recently purchase a vanity bench to match my bedroom set. After searching all over the internet for the best price I found the item was looking for at Furnitureetc. Not only did I get the item for a low price, but it also included tax and delivery in just a few days! I definitely recommend buying from Furnitureetc for good furniture at a good price with speedy delivery!

Order 2015737 placed in july 2020, never contacted me to tell me it is delay. Called several times and received p poor service, cancelled today Sep 19 2020. Now waiting for the refund.... let´s see

Read all the reviews and decide for yourself whether or not you should order from this company.
Product: 5 STARS I purchased an Italian leather sectional and I am very happy with the quality. It arrived in good shape and it was exactly what I was looking for.
Communication: 1 STAR After I placed the order all communication stopped. The confirmation email gave me an account page that promised a tracking number within a few days. The account page was never updated and I was never given a tracking number. I emailed, called, and online chatted several times. Emails and calls were never returned. The person on the email chat promised delivery "by the end of next week" every time. After eight weeks I finally got an email from the delivery company. The delivery company said they only delivered one day a month so I had to take delivery on the day they set. I took delivery on that day. Fortunately, the delivery people were very nice and the sectional was great.

This same sectional was available on several national sites. I chose Furniture ETC because I saved a couple hundred dollars. Next time I'll pay the extra money and I'll feel much better about the purchase. This company goes by several name including Furniture ETC, Coleman Furniture, and a third name that I can't recall. I started getting nervous when I saw the different DBAs.

You can decide for yourself if you want to take the chance with this company. You might get lucky or you might get the run around for weeks.

Very pleased with prompt shipping and a great price. The item arrived on time and was well packed. It looks exactly like the website. I will definitely buy from them again.

I didn't realize they were not a direct warehouse. I ordered on July 7th and received the order yesterday (9/8). Needless to say I know it's not their fault. I also didn't know if was an open box item. I could have missed something in small print... Not sure I am happy with the bed frame, it looked better on line:-( My mind may change when I set it up. One good thing is they didn't change my card until the order actually went through. I am no updating my review on 9/15. First I WILL NEVER do business with this company - it's Cole's furniture... upon calling the company I was told I had a white glove service. The delivery people forgot some items and had to return to my home. Apparently I signed that I didn't want and I was under the impression they were going to send someone out to set up my bed frame. Never received an email response or a call back. I had to contact them directly to find out what the status was and was told no one would be coming out to set up the bed frame.

We love the desk, looks great in the corner of the living room. Two of us put it together in less then an hour, the directions aren’t that great though, that’s why I gave only the 4 stars. It’s only a diagram no written instructions.

Quick delivery, easy instructions and quality product. Very happy!!!

We got exactly what we wanted quickly, in good condition at the best price. Can’t beat that.

Ordered a bench on June 17; was given an estimated ship date of June 26th. June 29th I got an email that the order has been placed with the manufacturer (Furniture ETC is a drop shipper; NOT a direct-sales furniture store)...expected ship date is now July 17th; I should be receiving a shipping confirmation email from the manufacturer shortly. On July 20, I got another email saying my order had been placed and that my item was expected to ship on July 16th (though that was 4 days before). Today is July 31st--no word from either Furniture Etc or the manufacturer as to the status of my order.

A one star rating is too high for this company. I placed an order January 7, and the date still do not have it. I have called and emailed furniture etc., Coleman furniture, and Sun Delivery. Many times they don’t even return my email or phone call. Finally, today, I found out the order was shipped to the wrong state it is damaged at the warehouse facility. I finally had to cancel. I receive miss information every time I was able to touch base with them. No one seems to know what’s going on. I had quite a large bedroom furniture order I would’ve placed with them as well, but it is not worth the headache and frustration.
