I don’t usually send reviews but had to say how pleased i have been with this company and staff
I ordered a large amount of gloss white furniture which was delivered within 5 days of which was in stock and i was kept informed of delivery of the remaining furniture
One of the drawer runners was faulty told them by phone and received 3 pairs to replacement within 3 days
This company goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs
Only things to improve on is drawer boxes are out of date in this day and age and would enhance quality if runners were fitted below drawer box as most other companies do also hinges are difficult to adjust as only a small amount adjustment can be made
Other hinges on the market allow for a considerable adjustment in comparison
If these were improved then this product would be hard to better for the price
They are aware of my comments and are already looking into these improvements (bravo )

Frustration is the word I would use to sum up my experience.

I ordered 2 Cashmere colour wardrobes with sliding doors towards the end of July. I was contacted by Furniture Factor shortly after to notified that the wardrobes would take 6 to 8 weeks rather than the average 2 weeks as advertised on the website. I acknowledged this as this was a supply issue and decided to stick with the purchase. The estimate time of delivery would be around mid Sept. My wardrobes are still nowhere to be seen so I emailed the company but didn't get a reply. I called up a few days later to chase. Out family is also about to move house and everything is ready except the wardrobes. It cost is money everyday the longer we delay our move.
The manager i spoke to on the phone was at least understanding and said they will try their best to get the wardrobes delivered at the weekend at the beginning of October. However, I got another call a day or two later to say that they cannot order my stuff because they ran out of slots. I was quite upset and angry as I thought they will prioritise my order as it has been massively delayed. I could not book last minute leave but luckily my neighbour was there to accept the stuff for us.

Once a set date for delivery was secuded I thought the drama is over until I received another call to say that one of the wardrobes is missing a shelf and drawer configuration, which I paid an extra £100 for. I was told that these will be delivered within 4 weeks. I just felt really let down then.

The quality of the wardrobes are definitely not worth all the hassle and price. Some of the shelves and panels came distorted or not accurately cut as these leave gaps even though the main frames are tightly connected.

I've gone through so much stress and let down due to this awful experience.

it was easy to buy the shoe cabinet. the delivery was great and on time. The cabinet does not fit 30 pairs, so its a mis-selling. It took 1 person to put it up, once up it looks ok but has a lot scuffs.

The bedroom unit was delivered on time. The unit looks good and I have lots of room for my clothes. The instructions were initially good but very poor in the later stages. Which caused us delays in building the unit. I would have scored higher but the instructions really let down the service.

Easy to assemble

Good quality product for the price…though slightly disappointing that the drawer bases are hardboard rather than a more solid base. Looks very good tho. First class delivery ordered on Saturday and delivered Tuesday. Wow. Well packaged and no damage. Delivery driver very good. Updated throughout with text and email advising delivery time. Only other comment is that it takes at least 2 1/2 hours to assemble not the 1 1/2 stated in the instructions. Ordered on a Saturday delivered Tuesday so first class on delivery. Will definitely use this company again.

Broken part and still no resolution, customer service poor, still waiting for replies to emails

Received no confirmation, didn’t reply to my emails, had to call to get an order number from them. Delivery company used were unfriendly and then the item was damaged.

Great cupboard for the price, arrived quickly in good condition.
Would recommend this company.

We received an item which was damaged in transit we reported the damaged item within 30 days ! We asked for a full refund but getting told we have to pay for the return !! Trading standards about to brought into the frame if we don’t get this sorted the correct law procedure. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The sideboard was delivered one day after ordering. I was kept informed at all times. I had a problem with one of the door hinges which was replaced without any bother and an apology given.

Helpful, pleased with the Utility cupboard.

Delivered quickly. The cupboard was relatively easy to put together but definitely not in an hour font on diagrams need to be clearer had to use magnifying glass.
Definitely does not hold 30 pairs of adult shoes but overall satisfied.

The wardrobe was terrible quality, the track rails for the doors were broken and door fell forwards smashing another piece of furniture!! Such awful quality. Will try to get a refund as the wardrobe is only good for fire wood

Fast delivery with updates at each stage, cupboard of good quality and assembly instructions easy to follow. Overall pleased with service and item. Fits well in kitchen where needed.

They agreed to arrange a two person delivery as I am unable to move deliveries if they are left at the door as I live in a first floor flat with a lift. Very Kind of them.

Nice looking utility cupboard, Delivered on time, there was a slight chip on the edge of one of the panels.

Worst set of instructions ever, parts were not labeled as needed and only a smeared QR code that was pointless. In the images shown on the website the table can have the drawers flush with the table or bent but instructions only show bend assembly.
Setting it as straight means there is a big gap at the back and the lower shelve poked out so the main worktop is not aligned with it.

Had it worked as it should we would have been happier and review would have been far better
