AKA THE WHITE ELEPHANT STORE DONCASTER

I have bought just about every major piece of furniture in our house from Furniture Factors over the last 30 years
- and today was the 1st item
- that needed replacing.

The leather sofa as part of a 3 piece suite after 30 years of us our two lads and grand children use and abuse - still had some mileage in it.
But now age late 60s time for a recliner.
Cant say better than that for build quality and durabilty.

The stock over 5 floors is immense.
Prices to suit all pockets right up to the high end brand names.
All great quality and value for money.

I would say without doubt dealing with a long established independent family run business makes a world of difference
- and turns shopping for something - into a lovely
Buying experience.

We were greeted as we walked by DEAN one of the family directors, who asked what our interest was. I replied a leather settee.
He said floor 1 and could see i wasnt too good with my legs so escorted us round to the lift and called it down.

Dean left us for over half an hour to try out about 20 sofas that took our eye out of about 3X as many. He then popped up to see how we were getting on.

Said we were taken with a Lay Z Boy
So we sat down and had a chat interspersed with details choices options and prices. No pushiness or pressure at all.

Gave us a good price - then said it would include assembly - removal of all the packaging - and whilst they cant take away the old suite - Dean said he would get the delivery lads - to get it out onto our drive
So we could have it collected by the council.

It was great to be looked after and treated personally as an individual as in days gone by where service was an art and not just a young lad in one of the national chains.

Highly recommended all round.

I ordered carpets for my entire bungalow. Dean looked after me and made the experience very enjoyable. My carpets were fitted today by Chris and Luke. Excellent team, carets fitted perfectly. They provide a service where they take away old carpets after taking them up for you, move furniture and plane the doors to size. So when they left all I had to do was hoover! Brilliant, I recommend Furniture Factors 100%

Went into furniture factors today looking for carpets. There were 2 salesmen in the store no customers, but no one enquired if I needed help they we to busy chatting to each other. Appalling customer service.

I purchase a sideboard that I was unhappy with and contacted the company for a refund the next day . I spoke to a manager Barry who offered me a credit note I explained I wanted my money not a credit note he was very rude and unhelpful. Nowhere in the shop or on line does it say that company policy is no refund. Would never shop there again I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me. Customer service skills none existent.
