The drees that I order was total fake

The drees that I order was total fake, the The fabric has nothing to do with the video advertised on TikTok, an opaque fabric with a design that looks like a bath mat, and I've tried to contact them and they don't respond or refund. Don't buy there, it's a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY My daughter ordered the Vienna nest of tables for me. There was a part missing and once the smaller table was assembled it was wonky obviously a manufacturing fault. My daughter emailed sending photos of the missing part and showing how lobsided the table was. Customer service (I use the term lightly) suggested they give a refund of £25.00 to cover the problem not bad for something that cost nearly £300 and was unusable. They then emailed telling her all of the reasons why she may not get a refund, no apology. They knowingly sell damaged goods and then do there best not to give refund.

I ordered a bar table on a Friday and…

I ordered a bar table on a Friday and was informed of the delivery details for the following Monday to which I was impressed. The delivery company ‘express to man’ was due to arrive between 9.30am to 12.30 noon, at 1.30pm I rang their delivery enquiry number several times with the same message saying ‘there is no one available to take your call’. Just before 5pm the same day I received a call who introduced himself as the manager who said they had experienced vehicle issues in the morning, but could not answer why i had not been notified many hours earlier. I was surprised when he then slammed the phone down on me during the call, and would not pick up to receive my call back. I am shocked and disappointed by this behaviour by ‘express to man’ especially after initially receiving a first great impression given by FIF.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - 2 orders unfulfilled. The 1st item was advertised but actually had been discontinued and not even in existence in reality, I asked why not removed from website in that case to stop people buying non existent items, apologies from them but nothing changed. A refund given after I had waited 4 weeks to discover not available. The 2nd item was allegedly available as I had obviously rang to check stock levels etc. due to the previous issue ... but after 4 weeks of nothing again I HAD TO CONTACT THEM (not the other way round) to be told they cannot after all deliver to my postcode, despite having had assurances they could and having paid £39.99 additional delivery to my postcode as “free to mainland UK” appears not to include mainland north Scotland. Yet another refund WHEN I BEGGED FOR IT AGAIN, I think they hope you’ll forget you’d even ordered anything over time as they keep silent with no communication whatsoever after purchase. I am suspicious any items actually exist as they advertise thousands of products but all with stock photos common on other websites. Totally unprofessional outfit AND CERTAINLY TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

Bought a dining room table to which is…

Bought a dining room table to which is damaged. Company is trying t bribe me by giving a 10% discount which is unacceptable. They will not pick up their damaged goods , or process my refund, hence I can not move forward to purchasing another. So for 2.5 weeks unable to have a table to eat my meals off. Written numerous emails to ask about my refund but they want to, only bribe me with this 10% discount. This company is a disgrace they do not follow their refund policies, having to take my complaint to the ombudsman so, so upset..
Judging by the comments on trustpilot it very much looks like this company is guilty at sending out damaged goods, looks like they deal with furniture that is not of good quality but perhaps seconds .....😡😡

Terrible customer service they very…

Terrible customer service they very rarely reply unless it’s lining there pockets.
First order was 4 weeks late.
Gave another go to find out they couldn’t deliver to my address yet 2 months prior they had.

Terrible bunch of shady cowboys

Absolutely terrible company. If you have a problem, then even if you phone them they will tell you that you have to sign up to some internal support ticketing portal on their website to arrange for refund or repair. We had items arrived damaged and to my absolute disgust, someone during assembly/production (or possibly from a previous return) stuck a sticker over the top of some significant damage. Upon completion of the flat packed item and removal of the sticker, the damage became apparent. This was back in November. I've been trying to get a replacement or refund since then, but they keep offering me a discount to keep the damaged item instead. This is the first time I will probably have to open a small claims court case against a company to get my money back, or go to my credit card provider possibly.
Absolutely shady bunch of cowboys who just won't provide any customer service if things go wrong.

Ordered 6 chairs. 1 wrong cut screw threads. 1 month still waiting replacement and now I have been asked for their own batch codes! Now I have found one of the chairs has not been machine stitched correctly

I would like to dispel some of the…

I would like to dispel some of the comments on here about F in F. I ordered a table, chairs and a couple of side tables in early October. Unfortunately the table was on backorder, until mid to late Nov, I was updated regularly so no problem, however I received an update to say the table was further delayed until mid January, this would have spoiled Christmas for us. Having seen very recent reviews, I was really worried, so I cancelled my £1400.00 order and the money was refunded straight back to my account within 3 days. So I hope this may rest any doubts some
people may be having on this company.

Un openable drawee

I bought a tv unit from them.
I had someone to put it up for me and it looks very good. Sadly I can’t open the drawers as they’re flush with the unit and there’s nothing to help to open them.
No handles it knobs provided.
I have two drawers which I’m unable to use !!

WORST COMPANY EVER FOR ONLINE SHOPPING
I am having worst expereince of life . I ordered a coffee table on 30th July and till date I have no communciation on when this will arrive . Sadly I had to cancel my order this morning
I also ordered a dining table which had a fault and struggling to negotiate with them replacing this with a better one .
I had very painful and pathetic expereince and still I am trying to be helpful to them . Please be very careful while buying any product from Furniture in Fashion

Do not buy from this company - AVOID

This is a terrible company .They advertise and take payment for stock they do not have. They continued to advertise the known out of stock items , knowingly taking cash under false pretences. Make false promises on refunding or offering alternatives ( if you have the patience to wait at least 40 minute in the "queue" to speak to them).
In end we had to escalate ourselves for to get our money back -avoid at all costs

Do not use this company!!!!

We are tolerant and fair people and are regular online shoppers. This is without doubt the worst experience we have ever had. The poor quality of the products supplied is matched only by the ineptitude and hostility of their customer service team.
