Wish I'd read these ratings before purchasing. After failing to find a part at any site that ships to the UK, I finally found availability at this site but had to have it shipped to a relative in the US. When she reported that it never arrived, I emailed twice but have had no reply. Now I see there's no phone number on the website. I guess I'm going to have to contact my bank.

The website and confirmation look deceptively professional. However, the part never ships and emails go unanswered. If you’ve made a purchase, your only recourse is to dispute the charge with your bank.

This site makes money on people who purchase nonexistent items and then don’t dispute the charges. Don’t let them get away with it.

This place is a scam. Ordered November 23rd. Sent several emails with no response. Finally received a refund 2 weeks later after threatening to contact my bank.

I only rated a one star because I can’t give zeroes. They happily take your money but don’t ship and don’t respond. Do yourself a favor and do t bother ordering from them.

So wishing I hadn't ordered from them. There's no customer service phone #. Still no tracking info despite my order having been placed 22 days ago. No response to email. It's been almost a month and no parts, no tracking info as promised, nothing. It's a scam.

Ordered July 23rd. Nothing received a month later and no follow up communication. I sent four emails, all of which went unanswered. I was forced to dispute the charges with my card company.

Relatively expensive but its a niche item. Ordered on July 14, 2024. Nothing received by August 10, 2024. Poor follow up by their customer service. Maybe this is a part time business or something.
