Really nice electric desk

The electric desk works really fine. Looks sturdy and for the price is really amazing.

The customer service was quite fast to answer and managed to resolved any problem I had.

The flexible hight Desk

Great service, great price for value

I had accidentally given the wrong address at the checkout. The service team responded immediately to my e-mail to help me. We exchanged several e-mails and the response was always very fast and helpful.

Later on I discovered that there was a small blemish at one of the table legs. I received a generous reimbursement for the blemish.

The table is fantastic!! Great price for value!

Perfect Desk I got

I've wanted a standing desk for my home office for a while and I'm glad I chose Furniwell. The delivery was smooth, everything was well-packaged, and the assembly was surprisingly easy.

I am extremely disappointed with your…

I am extremely disappointed with your handling of my recent purchase. I bought a desk using my business credit card, which was later canceled. While you refunded my money, your refusal to provide an invoice for the original transaction is completely unacceptable.

You charged my credit card for this purchase, and I am entitled to an invoice for my records, regardless of the refund. This lack of basic support and failure to meet standard business practices is frustrating and unprofessional. I expect this to be rectified immediately.

But after guessing and consulting, we are wondering if you actually require is a credit note for the refund.

Could you please verify with your finance department whether you are referring to a credit note? If it is, we will ask our finance manager to issue it for you. We look forward to your confirmation.

Need better logistic partner

We bought a height-adjustable desk on their website and didn't receive it, although the delivery tracking showed that it has been delivered. We had been waiting at home for a whole day and it was not delivered as promised according to the tracking. We wrote the email to their customer service. There was no reply. We called their number on the website and it just went to the auto-reply saying this voicemail is not available. For us it's basically like a scam. Please be careful with this provider

The follow up:
After 5 days, our neighbour living at building 23 came to us and look for the owner of the delivered product. The delivery company DPD sent the product to build 23 even though we live at 15, and it's clearly written on the shipment label... However, during these 5 days, Furniwell sent the product again, but we already got it from the first delivery. Now, Furniwell ask DHL to get the second delivery back. Don't know to say, but they are not scam.

Low quality products

I bought a chair and table, found out the specs were wrong, low quality chinese made products, one can save 50 to 60 percent by ordering directly from chinese portals or ebay /amazon. They dont wrote if products are from china. I have decided to return the products, waiting for them to finally return the payment.

The sales seems fake with inflated prices.

Buy a desk somewhere else , not worth it

I paid a good amount of money for a desk and it came with a part completely wrong manufactured. In general the whole desk was just cheap material (the paint was off part of the metal!) . Please buy it from anywhere else. And also the customer service is like talking to a 5 year old , completely useless they did not understand what I was writing , answering completely other stuff as if they did not even read my emails .

Punctual delivery

Punctual delivery, the garden table was really good packed and the installation was easy and free of problems. The table looks great and we are really happy with the purchase. 100% recommend.
