Do not trust

Ordered two bar stools in May, had not received by July, then was told only one in stock so I asked to cancel order and refund. Still not received refund. I have had to open a dispute through PayPal.
Something not quite right about this company, they stopped any orders for a while so something tells me they are going out of business.

Even though they reply stating they…

Even though they reply stating they will help you, they won’t.

It’s all so they look better on here.

Do not order from Furnwise, as customer satisfaction is not their priority.

I am now out of pocket over £600 and only have x3 working chairs out of x6!

Also, they state that chairs only last 2 years apparently!

Bought 6 bar stools from them only for…

Bought 6 bar stools from them only for them to be constantly faulty like going down when sat on. Also the pistons they sent out that I had to replace fell apart with in months. Totally shocking build quality from them considering they are £160 plus a stool. They are refusing to give a refund on the whole lot as I have lost confidence in all the stools lasting. They refuse to come and collect them as well and offered me a meezly 40% back on 2 of the chairs when there are 4 that are no good and have had parts replaced already. It'll cost me money to dispose of these poor quality chairs. Others buyers please think twice before you buy from furnwise. I'm having to cut my losses on what cost close to £1000 just to see the back of them.

Possible scam

Possible scam. Ordered a small shelf, no updates for weeks. When I contacted customer service they said it had been dispatched but the link provided showed that the courier hadn't received it yet.

Customer service replies come from a highly suspicious email account that goes strait into my junk folder and I can't reply to it.

Anthracite chair

Ordered anthracite chair at beginning of April then 3 weeks later said hadn't received payment and were cancelling, payment has been deducted from my account.
Ordered it again and up till now nothing !
2 payments of£280 have been taken from my account and still nit been refunded and no sign of chair .
Tried numerous times emailing but to no avail .
Thet say will get back to you very quickly but they don't.
The thing is have ordered bar stools tables from them and have had them delivered but been almost a month and still £560 out off pocket 😳

Worst purchasing experience ever

Worst purchasing experience ever. Paid in full for a product 3rd week of Jan. Was advised 4 weeks later ....after I contacted them ... that it was out of stock and would take another 6 weeks before it would be back in stock. I e-mailed again today to be told it could take up to 12 weeks. Should have read the previous reviews more carefully. Live and learn.

Funwise - can't recommend them highly enough

Funwise have a great range of products at fantastic prices. Excellent customer support

I have have bought a few items from Furnwise that I'm really pleased with. Unfortunately a recent purchase arrived broken despite being well packed. Ana in customer services offered several options and processed a full refund. It's good to know that excellent support is available when problems arise

We have purchased 3 exceptional products from Furnwise and all 3 have been excellent quality, design and price.

The customer service with this company is exceptional as a slight delay was incurred with the shipment, however, the help offered was fast, thorough and the offer of a replacement was given before it finally arrived.

Beautiful furniture and amazing service

I found this company on line when I was looking for a different TV stand where I found this beautiful stand. I placed my order and differed the delivery date to suit me, no problem. I live in Spain, so was happy to pay the import duty, but as it turns out they ship from the Europe. It arrived as agreed, no problem and I love it!

Fantastic customer service

I’ve placed 3 orders for lamps; unfortunately one of the items sent was the wrong one.
However, the reason I am giving this 5 stars is the response of the 2 customer service agents; Evgenia and Nicole. Nicole dealt with the issue at the beginning and then Evgenia took over.
They resolved the problem, and I received the correct item.
Mistakes can occur and it’s the way they are dealt with that is important.
All the lamps look fantastic, better than the photos on the website.
