The Perfect Lamp
So pleased that I found Furnwise.co.uk. My lamp is gorgeous, well made and sturdy. Extra speedy delivery, I didn’t order it until 17th December and received it before Christmas, which was a bonus. I would certainly recommend this company.

Exceptional Customer Service
The customer service and after sales care has been exceptional.
Rarely have I ordered from a company with such efficiently and genuine care for their customers. There was a small issue with a product however this was rectified so fast and without any fuss. The speed with which they e-mail a reply is incredible.
I will be ordering from Furnwise again.

Good quality and good price for the chairs and bar stools we got. The delivery took longer than expected and wasn't tracked but customers services did respond and it all arrived safely in the end so I can't complain really. Would buy from again

Chasing refund for 8 Weeks!!!!!
I returned 6 x chairs on 18/11/22 on the returns labels provided by Furnwise. Followed exact instructions and provided proof of postage.
8 Weeks later and they are now ignoring my emails and I am still awaiting my £540 refund.
I am so disappointed with this company especially in todays climate when people need every penny they can they are unlawfully keeping money that does not belong to them.
On a previous review Furnwise replied -
'there is almost no opportunity for the customer to lose their money, because we stay in contact, and we refund the money as soon as we receive proof of postage.'
Trust this review that this is simply false.
I am being ignored.
I have provided proof of postage.
Yet still radio silence from the Furnwise team.
Shocking service.
If someone gets in touch with me to clear this matter up I would look at amending this review.

absolutely love our new bar stools they…
absolutely love our new bar stools they are so comfy and so easy to clean considering I have a three year old and two year old who make ALOT of mess. so very happy with them, saving up now to buy some dining chairs to match! quick delivery and really good customer service too

I Have bought 5 Jenny style lights with one of them arriving not having the bracket to fit. Have tried emails and live chat. I have not been able to speak to anyone as no contact number available or given. I am obviously disappointed and frustrated. Such a shame as the product is up to the standard, but not usable..... Returns not an easy process
I had no problems with delivery of the item I ordered. However returning the item is a different story. I sent the goods back on the 1st December and I am still waiting for a refund.

Bad customer service. The same automated emails sent out when making enquiries.They can’t track items that you have ordered and purchased, it takes 5 days for them to make an enquiry but even after 3 weeks they still have no updated information on where order is.

Good customer service but terrible courier
I found Furnwise easy to do business with and I would use them again. The barstools I ordered arrived in a very battered, torn box and the metal legs were damaged. I contacted Furnwise and got a reply the same day - even though it was the weekend. They offered me three options, we agreed on one and, after a couple of days, they made it happen. Nice customer service, I am satisfied. Of course I would have preferred a flawless delivery, but reading through the other reviews here, it seems to me that most of the problems were caused by the courier. This was definitely my experience. The stools could certainly have been better packed, but the state of the box when it arrived was unbelievable.
If I could offer one suggestion to Furnwise it would be to stop using EVRi ("the new Hermes") in the UK - they regularly damage, delay or lose my stuff. They may be okay elsewhere, but in the UK they are the worst delivery service I have used.

none existent customer service
in 45 years of running business in the UK I have never experienced such poor customer service. They were fine taking the order and payment then the fun began!
Month late with delivery of two chairs, when they arrived both faulty, reported straight away after many more e-mails a month later I had a response saying they would exchange , 3 weeks later nothing.
I am now pursuing a legal route with this company.
