Worst company
So bad emailed them over back of sofa has broke away on hinges as in all the wood that they screw to is in bits but had no response tryed calling again no answer wish id never bought sofa even been intouch with wowcher who they sell with and hit dead end money down toilet

Absolutely shocking company poor quality mine was ripped when I opened it. all lined up wrong so now I’m without sofa to sit and iam recovering from operation. The company is very rude to speak to and have refused to give me a full refund.their crap item is all ready at my door to take back

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Sofa’s are horrible quality, no instructions, doesn’t fit together properly, delivery team don’t stick to what they say. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, rude, take weeks to reply and then are refusing to collect my unusable sofa unless I give them £80! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !
