Received a lovely corner outside Ratton furniture set. However it was a rise and fall table literally supported by 4 screws which could not take the weight - now being used as a coffee table only! Promotion was for a free umbrella which despite numerous emails I still have not received to date! Rain cover good quality but tore against the sharp edges of the table. Really need a new one already. Would have liked to have bought another chair for this set. Bought last April 2024, received June, umbrella still nit received March 2025.

I ordered a coffee table, they did not send the same table that was ordered, so I returned it as agreed with them over the phone. As they did not supply what was ordered they agreed to waiver the return charge. However, after 7 weeks I was still waiting for my refund even after numerous telephone calls and emails received from them promising that the refund would be made. Eventually, at my wits end I passed this over to my bank, I had spent a lot of time & effort in trying to obtain my refund before passing it over to my bank, however it was worth the mountain of paperwork I had to complete as they did get my full refund for me.
I only wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, so if you read them and still choose to order then be warned, expect poor service and hassle if you order is not right.

I ordered a dining table & chairs and when it arrived one of the chairs had a hole in it and the gold had worn off the leg plus the table top made a rattling sound, turns out it was faulty and we needed a replacement table top.
I contacted Furvell & was told that the items would be replaced. They arranged SEVEN different delivery dates and didnt show up to one. Obviously frustrating for us and we had to re-arrange work commitments each time. Eventually they turned up on the 8th attempt only to not replace the goods and instead had sent an engineer. There had been no communication about an engineer and all our conversations had been about the new table top and chairs.
After months of chasing and me crying on the phone to them we finally received the table top.

I was then promised a 10% refund for all the stress and hassle which apparently now they cant give me due to a "break in" which they've told other customers and this lie is printed all over trust pilot also.

I ask you do not purchase from this fraudulent company, they are scammers and its criminal what they do. We have gone through so much stress with them and I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else.

They are definitely a fraud as so many reviews are suggesting, now they have taken the website down.

They did bring my order and while assembling the table they broke it and with it damaged my floor. They did send me an email telling me they will replace the table and fix the damage to the floor but have disappeared since. Phone doesn't work, no reply to emails and now the website is down.

Hi I paid in April through my debit card I did not get anything please carful they are are frad company

Ordered In July, luckily paid through PayPal and I have been refunded. Had several delivery dates. Paid £599 for a dining set and it never arrived. I was recieving communication until I asked for a refund and then never heard from them again. Please do not spend your money with this company. I was very understanding to possible delays but I truly believe the goods were never coming.

Ordered rattan garden furniture in june it arrived in july broken they have given me 3 dates to replace and havent turned up. Now dont answer email or phone

Believe the negative reviews as you will pay out for furniture for it to never be received. They give false delivery dates then a rubbish email on how they have been broken into. Yet look online and items available for delivery. They do not answer the phone or emails and I am now fighting with Klarna to get my £800 back.
I wish I believed the negative reviews before giving them the benefit of the doubt back in July!!

As previous comments I would give a 0 rating if possible. £1,299.00 paid to these vile disgusting people, sent email after email, had a lovely girl named Natalie (so I thought) who was corresponding with me through WhatsApp when ordering, then said she had been on holiday and the Company had made all changes and joined with another company, this does not happen within a week!!! She now wont answer and changed her profile picture, another scam no doubt. I ordered in August and have never been given an update or date of delivery !!! Appalling Company and need to be stopped!!! Do not know how they sleep at night !!!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Don’t need to add anything as I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. Just do not purchase from this company. They are appalling.

Just to re-iterate all previous reviews, regarding cancelled deliveries and then non arrival when a delivery date was set.

Ive gone straight to Paypal, raised a dispute to cancel the order and got my money back quickly. Will be reporting the company to Trading Standards which can also be done online

Scammers, do not buy from them htey have no working phone numbers, keep on giving me new dates but do not fulfil order.

If paid by paypal get your money back from paypal if you paid by your card call them up and use section 75 to reclaim your money thats what i am doing.

i beleive their warehouse got robbed and they never had any insurance in place thats why they are messing about with peoples orders.

Scammers have taken £1039 off me. I ordered a table with six chairs it was completely damaged I sent it back Now refusing to refund me. Total scum company

I ordered three coffee tables, delivery was delayed due to a factory break-in apparently but upon said delayed delivery only 1 of the 3 tables was delivered. I tried to chase this but no answer on the phone- mailbox full. Contacted via web chat and they said they’re looking into it. Still no response. Emailed them and they said they were looking into it. Now all my emails are being ignored. I ordered the tables on the 19th July and payment was taken immediately. I’ve sent many emails chasing the missing tables and I’ve had two replies saying ‘the matter is being looked into’ but since the 20th August I’ve heard nothing back despite several further emails. I’m £200 out of pocket, no refund and no products. Customer service is appalling - in fact non existent. I’m sure this company is a scam, do not risk buying from them. They’re happy to take your money but upon needing their service, you can’t get hold of anyone.
I really need the refund or at least the products. There is no update from them, no communication, no response. This is ridiculous.
I’m looking into how this complaint can be escalated.

This company are a absolute joke
My furniture arrived but with all the wrong cushions on it , they then sent me 2 random cushions . After complaining again I have not heard from them since
Phone is just put on a message saying they are busy , emails are useless as mailboxes are full

Scammers have taken 978.00 off me. Ordered table june. 2 failed delivery dates. Now refusing to refund. Total scum company taking money knowing they are going out of business. Scum.

Should have read the reviews before ordering….very dodgy company pity they have nice goods was looking forward to my table but all I get is lies and more lies!

Lies…give delivery dates but you items never get delivered!
They them move the delivery date…twice….still no delivery or text from deliver company

Absolutely joke of a company, borderline scammers.

Ordered garden furniture 3rd of august with expected delivery 2-3 weeks and was give 4th of September so 4 weeks wait they’d given me.

Phone goes straight to recorded message, doesn’t even ring. Can’t leave a message, don’t reply to emails and Facebook page got really funny because I wasn’t contacted the right department although thats how I managed to get a reply to an email almost instant. Funny that.

Delivery date came, no furniture but an absolutely load of lies over email about a break in. Asked straight away for a refund, this was the 3rd of September mind. It’s now the 17th and I’m yet to have a reply from multiple emails asking for a refund.

Can’t express how much I wouldn’t even waste your breath using this company, they need to be shut down. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering

We bought two garden chairs from this company. They were delivered with one wrong cushion that didn’t match. We contacted them and they sent two more cushions. Again these didn’t match. We have tried ringing the company, no answer and unable to leave voicemail. We have emailed numerous times and no reply. Very unsatisfied customer. Don’t recommend this company at all.
