I love my sweatshirt, I had no problems with the order and it arrived in a timely manner.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 150lbs - I ordered the large as I wanted a big cozy sweatshirt and I love it!

I 'accidentally' ordered a couple of pictures from them. Their checkout page did not show the postage and said that I would be returned to the page to review my order after going through PayPal. This did not happen and the purchase was completed. It was too late to contact anyone so I messaged them this morning at 7.30, less than 12 hrs later, to be told it was too late and my order is already processed, yet their website says to allow 15 days for the item to ship. The pictures are not a custom order but they are refusing to cancel the order, even after I have advised about their website 'fault' and my rights to a 14 day cooling off period for distance buying. PayPal are contacting them on my behalf in the hope of cancelling the order but I am not holding my breath. I wouldn't touch them with a 10ft barge pole.

If I could give 0 star reviews I would. Ordered one T-shirt 2 months ago, submitted already 3 claims and still don’t have my shirt. There is no way you can make direct contact with them, no phone, no live chat as they say, no direct email. To my claim they just reply they are sorry for the delay but that is ALL. I have never been this frustrated with an online purchase.

I ordered from an ad on Instagram which guaranteed Christmas delivery on December 12th. Today is the 22nd and it still hasn't shipped. I tried to cancel to get a different gift and they won't refund my money. Crappy company. Don't even bother with the live chat, they don't answer. This company shouldn't be in business.

The sweater is not nearly as vibrant in colors as it is pictured in the ad which really bummed me out. The sweater is very soft and warm though.

Bought a hoodie from a facebook add recently. Normally I feel like that's a pretty dumb idea but the want for the hoodie was worth the gamble. Glad I played!! It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time and had a lovely print, and was true to size. Although I was told on facebook it's 100% cotton, the tag reads 50% cotton 50% polyester. I still love the hoodie, but would appreciate the honesty in the future. I'd probably be just as likely to buy it and would respect the sales reps more for their transparency.

My shirt arrived in a timely fashion, was of great quality and I'm excited to wear it!

I ordered a large which was too small so they promptly sent me an XL. The Make Art letters are slightly off center and not as vibrant as I hoped, but I really like the shirt.
