The pockets in the cargo shorts are not…
The pockets in the cargo shorts are not long enough, in particular they are too short. They are too small for a smartphone. Unbelievable that no one at Fusalp would not think of something so obvious. Also lack functionality to fit other items.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. It never came in time. Had to go back to the states and I never got the jacket. Still waiting for a refund. It's been more than 22 days.
Fusalp has amazing products but the delivery they use is very bad.

We are sincerely sorry for the experience you described. After reviewing the delivery details, we can see that a delivery attempt was made on July 29, two days after your order was placed. Unfortunately, the delivery could not be completed, and the parcel was therefore placed at a pickup point so that you could collect it from July 30, just three days after your order was placed.
Unfortunately, it seems that, due to an issue with the carrier, you were not properly informed that your parcel had been delivered to the pickup point. We sincerely apologize for this situation, which was unfortunately beyond our control.
Regarding your refund, we would like to inform you that the parcel should be returned to our warehouse within the next few days. As soon as we receive it, we will process the refund to the card used for your purchase as quickly as possible.
