I ordered a jacket, which was unfortunately too big for me :( I generally have struggles with sizes because I am “smaller”. But the team was super friendly, competent and quick, that they send me immediately the return label and answered my questions :)

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. DHL cannot seem to get it together to get the package to me.
Now February 5 and yet no Fusalp jacket? Each day DHL calls me with wrong information on what has transpired. Example yesterday; “package was delivered to post office but never picked up”, me: “what are the dates?”, DHL “shipped to post office January 26, returned to DHL January 27.” Me “ok, so postal tracking number shows package never received by USPS and now you are claiming it went one day and back next day but was never picked up?”
Me; “have you called your Denver station and asked someone to physically locate package” DHL: “we call but no one answers.”
I have complete tracking record from DHL showing on hold for past 9 days in Denver. DHL central agent. in touch me me multiple times, every time a different incorrect answer contradicted by DHL’s own tracking record.
I am 48 hours away from demanding my money back.
If you live in USA you may want to avoid purchasing from any company that uses DHL if your delivery address is not in a major city.

so i would need with fusalp 52 for the jacket and probably 48 for the trouser

Poor quality and disappointing service…
Poor quality and disappointing service – never again Fusalp
I am extremely disappointed with Fusalp. Three clothing items changed color after washing. According to customer service, this supposedly happened because of a small piece of leather on the gloves that is not waterproof. Since when are ski gloves not waterproof? That explanation is simply ridiculous.
The items were bright pink, and after just one wash the vibrant color completely faded. This clearly has nothing to do with the gloves, but everything to do with poor color fastness and low-quality fabric.
The after-sales service refuses to take any responsibility and is not willing to offer any solution. They simply blame the customer, which is unacceptable for a brand in this price range.
I had been a loyal fan of Fusalp for years, but from now on I will never buy anything from them again.
For this price, there are many better brands that actually deliver quality and proper customer service. A very disappointing experience.

Following the inspection conducted yesterday by our product and quality teams, it appears that washing the leather gloves together with the jacket and pants caused the discoloration issue observed. Indeed, leather gloves are not recommended for machine washing or washing with other items due to the risk of color bleeding and material damage.
We deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused to all your products. According to the care instructions on the label, this type of cleaning can unfortunately affect the quality and colors of the items. In this context, and despite our full understanding, we are unable to approve your request under the warranty.
Of course, we remain at your disposal to assist and advise you on the care of your items, and we hope to regain your trust during a future experience with us.
