As a first time customer of the company I was extremely impressed with the service.
I'm not a business, just a pensioner looking for a cheap bit of 10mm studding to make a repair at home.
The price was very cheap and shipping costs minimal.
It was also a lot simpler and cheaper buy than from my usual well known online shopping market site.
The item arrived in 48hrs. and was well packed against damage in transit.

The ordering procedure was easy. However, the delivery company mislaid my order.
When I messaged Fusion, the reaction was prompt. I received a phone call to apologise and told that a new order would be sent next day (Saturday!) which I did received on time. I rated 5* as it was not Fusion’s fault, and they rectified the delivery company’s error immediately.

Ordered some oddball sleeve nuts ranging in price up to £3.03 for one!!! Fusion was the only one I found without outlandish prices, with quick dispatch too.
