I got 100k coins and I was very suspicious. They ask for your account details which is scary. First, my transfers feature wasn't enabled on my ea account page. They gave me the instructions and I had to wait 1 more day to get it activated by EA. Once activated I went on their website and started the transfer again. 2 minutes lates I had the 100k coins. I got Crespo 😄😄. A few minutes later I ordered another 500k. Great stuff

As I explained in the email, this was a bug from EA's server, and after that, it showed that your account does not have access to the transfer market through the EA Companion App.
But if you do not want to unlock it, we can give you a refund without any issues, as also mentioned in the email.
