Futonland's customer service is stellar! In my second experience with them I bought a loveseat pullout bed that they learned was out of production. A representative CALLED me right away (love the "human touch"), and we were able to discuss alternatives. I eventually purchased a loveseat that fit my needs even better than my original choice and that was on a "doorbuster" sale. I love Futonland's selection, quality and pricing but it's their customer service that seals the deal for me.

I don't usually write a review. I've been dealing with Futonland for several years. The furniture is very nice and accomodates small apartments. But the customer service is unbelievable, they go beyond and this company always makes sure that the customer get what they want.. Lots of communication. This is why I say come by and see them

Great customer service. They call to confirm the order before shipping. Extremely fast shipping, as well, only a few days after placing the order. Mattress is less firm than I'd hoped, but that's nothing to do with Futonland

OMG - the delivery folks showed up ahead of schedule and got the (HUGE) box into the elevator and up to our 3rd floor apartment - and into the room where it was going to be set up!

Assembly instructions for the Cabinet Murphy bed were very easy to follow (especially with the video link!!) and we are now awaiting for the mattress to 'fill out'.

Futonland’s customer service is impeccable. FedEx misplaced one of the boxes containing the arms of the futon and Futonland sent a replacement right away. The Strata furniture directions were awful but that has nothing to do with Futonland
