Missing items and refund - very unfortunate experience!

I bought 2, the coolest looking and the best fit for the purpose Karup’s Cube chairs from Futonota.fi on the 13th of October with 4-6 weeks delivery promise.
After 4 weeks waiting I contacted the Futonota.fi customer service asking for the delivery time and this is the information flow over the past weeks:
November 11th; “We do not know the delivery time, I will check and get back to you soon.”
November 21st; “There was a delay in production and the delivery will be delayed, the plan is end November. We are sorry for the inconvenience.”
December 9th; “The items are being delivered to Finland. As soon as they arrive to the warehouse, they will be delivered to you.”
December 16th; “I cannot get reply from the warehouse, they are busy. I hope the delivery is this week, but not sure.”
December 19th on Futonota.fi chat; “Couple of weeks ago Karup informed that the items were shipped but we have no tracking number and we’re not aware of the delivery time nor where the items are. Karup has changed their warehouse and forwarder. We are writing them every day but do not get information. We’re very sorry.”
During the chat I told that if the chairs are not delivered by end of December, I will cancel the order. Did not hear anything back.
After 12 weeks of waiting and with no spontaneous information on the delay from Futonota.fi, the order was cancelled on January the 3rd. Since 19th of December I have not heard anything back from them nor seen the refund. Futonota.fi chat is dead, they are not answering any messages on IG, FB and the phone number is not available anymore.
Needless to say that this was very unfortunate experience and I wonder how this case will end.

we are very sorry that you received a negative experience when ordering from us. Indeed, the supplier has let us down and first of all our customers very much. We are still working with orders made in October and are still not sure about the delivery time. The supplier has been providing incorrect and irrelevant information since November, thus misleading us and you. We are very sorry!
In December, as well as in January, our employee responded to your messages. Please just check your spam folder. Chat during the holidays really did not work, but now it works as before. Please note, that you have several ways to contact us: email, chat, whatsapp (044 910 47 83). Instagram account and Facebook page are currently in development.
Timo, your order has been canceled and the accounting department has been informed about it. The money will be returned to the account in several days.
