Very good customer service

Very happy with the things I bought and with the customer service as well. Very prompt responses, and I got both a partial delivery because one item was taking longer than expected and then a delayed delivery for the final item so I could be at home to receive it. Great experience, many thanks.

Edges of mattresses bound by stapling…

Edges of mattresses bound by stapling nylon cloth to a piece of cardboard feels like bad quality, a pity since the rest of the product is neat.

Also somewhat damaged during delivery.

Excellent service

Excellent service. They were very fast at responding on questions about my order, and when I was away for holidays during the planned date of delivery they easily sorted it out by keeping the futon in their storage for over a month until I could return. The futon is of a very high quality. Highly recommended!

The instruction on how to assemble the bed was missing. We managed to to do it without but it would have been faster with it.

Good service and quality

Really thankful for exact delivery date as asked. The bed is beautiful. We only ruined some screws, as it seems that the holes were not prepared well. Other than that, recommend it!

Think twice, three or four times before ordering...

I waited long time to assess the products that I have ordered and then write a full review of my experience, but as long as I waited the longer it takes for the delivery of the products...It is now more than three months that I have put my order and yet no product is delivered....
The time I have ordered, the delivery time was mentioned to be 3 to 4 weeks, as I was waiting for the email that my order is on the way, no one reached me and I contacted them. Their response was that: "The delivery is delayed for 8 weeks because of COVID-19"...This happened without any notice to me like an email with apology or somehow showing that they are responsible for their customers, etc... It seemed to me that they just don't care....And i was wondering COVID-19 was there on September 13th when I put my order that the estimated delivery time was 3 to 4 weeks, So why the hell do you play this COVID-19 card....
As I read through the trustpilot reviews, they had delays before COVID-19 too...Aha...now Futonota have a Covid-19 card to play....
Still no news from the order details....I don't know about the quality of the products, and I hope for the best....If you want to buy from futonota.se think twice, three or even four times...it is good to think of it as you will get your order after a season or more and that they are VERY VERY VERY BAD is standing on their words....
I will come back with another review, most probably next year, if I get my order at home ....

Coronavirus has hit the entire production quite hard, and this is leading to delayed deliveries across Europe. We deliver all orders as fast as we can, but a lot of people are in quarantine right now, especially in the factories, which leads to the lack of information about orders and production.

We apologize for the delay but hope that you also understand that delivery time is usually something that is completely beyond our control, especially while pandemic.

However, your order is cancelled as you wished.

Very responsive customer service when I placed the order, but then unfortunately I had to return the bed as it was not suitable. The money was meant to be returned to my account within 3-5 days of receiving the return, but I have not received the repayment after 7 working days now.

We process returns within a time frame of 5 business days from the arrival date, but please note that it can take up to 14 working days to reflect the amount in your account depending on the payment method.
