I incorrectly ordered the wrong colour when checking my emails & they managed to change the order to the 'correct' colour - grey corded. They did this is double quick time (as all futons are made to order in the factory) & it arrived earlier than I could have possibly hoped for! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently bought a Bianca cream linen chair from this company, I was nervous about ordering before I could see it, but pleasantly surprised.Really nice fabric, and the structure of the chair is really good and strong. A nice finish all round the chairs fabric and how its put together. You only have to attach the legs to the chair, which was the only down side as they aren't wood, but they are strong and the 4 screws and washers make the structure good. I would recommend this product again, I'm happy with the product.

We recently brought a replacement mattress for our futon through this company and honestly their service was great! The descriptions are very exact and the delivery was SUPER fast (three days).

The only thing I would say is that the mattress does NOT have straps to attach to the futon frame, but nothing too major, might just be something to keep in mind.

The mattress we ordered was the 18cm thick one and its super comfortable.

Lastly I called this company twice just to check on the order, each time they were super lovely and helpful.

Excellent purchase. As described, delivered on time, easy to put together, if instructions followed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Everything from ordering to delivering my futon bed went without a hitch. Staff very friendly to deal with and the bed is brilliant quality and value. I would not hesitate to order from them again. If only all internet shopping was this easy!
