Habe auf der Seite einen Artikel im Wert von 80€ ebenfalls per Vorkasse bestellt und warte seit 5 Monaten darauf. Der Shop ist weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Zwar informiert ein Text freundlich über einen Todesfall in der Familie und Problemen aufgrund von Corona, dieser Text informiert aber bereits seit ca. 4,5 Monaten alle Kunden. Wie mein(e) Vorredner*in werde ich ebenfalls anwaltliche Schritte vornehmen.
Bestellte Ware im Wert von 400€ (Vorkasse) wurde weder geliefert noch war Stornierung möglich, da das Unternehmen weder auf Email noch auf Anrufe reagiert. Emails werden nicht beantwortet und ans Telefon geht auch niemand. Vorsicht, hier wird nur Geld per Vorkasse abkassiert und dann hört man nichts mehr.
