I earned money through trading on this platform and all of a sudden the trading stops. No explanation just stopped!
The money still sitting there. It has been sitting there for 4 weeks now. Can someone help me please. Where to from here?

They have been on the phone to me every single day since i have apen an account with them about 2 weeks ago trying to get me invest in more and more money. i have finally deposited more money on the 5th of September and told them i won't be depositing anymore. Since than all the communication has stop. The phone numbers they gave me don't work. I can't withdrawal my money. I belive its a big scam please keep away from this company it looks like I have lost over £3500.. i am editing my review after the response.. if futurefinance24 give me a contact details on this page i am happy to send my account details. The best feature of all is their amazing customer service. I'm guessing still the highest rate compared to other exchanges. Any questions just open the live chat and a real human will do their best to help. That's what I want from an exchange considering how complicated crypto can be sometimes.

Cannot contact anyone to help me cancel account and request a refund. Candice Muller seems to have disappeared as has Kyle Neilsen. Robert Rooney
Account ID 12534231.if the log in they will see account details.Where it says name on card it says David Smith instead of Robert Rooney.they seem unable to locate a lot of accounts when contacting them.i,ve been logged in to MY ACCOUNT all day. SOMETHING NOT RIGHT

Hands down.... This the best exchange ever and I can know. They always respond to support me whenever i had issues. Also, This broker has proof of reserves available to all clients, there are only a few exchanges that do that. I trust them with all my money.

As a relatively new customer, I have to say I am very impressed. Coming from other broker, it's like night and day. I've found the customer service reps to be very professional and well-informed and super responsive. They were able to open account for me which is als ready to fund within a period of time. Pestering phone calls. always pushing for you to install anydesk app so they can have control over your phone even to withdraw you own funds. Still waiting for my $250 withdrawal. No company should need to speak to you over the phone to choose what you should do with your own funds. BEWARE

I have used many different crypto exchanges and i can the best in my estimation. The people behind it are trustworthy honourable people. Their fees are very reasonable. The interface is quite user friendly and works well.

If I can give 0 star, I will. Friends, read negative reviews first, because they are real. If you got scammed, possibly it is because you click on some ads on Facebook. Mind you that you should check the website. People try to cheat you that your are reading an authentic news from BBC, CNN, RNZ... But if fact it is a fake one. Check the website url. If you found a celebrity who claims s/he earns a lot, be careful. Now here is the game: when you register, someone will call you soon. You will be asked to transfer USD250 or equivalent to an account. The payment link is sent to you from a proton mail. The payment is paid to another company, e.g. pondmedia.com (strange ah!). Then you will be connected to a financial advisor from FF24, who will ask you to download a sharescreen software (strange!). He will try to be honest and sincere. He will add you to whatsapp. Then nightmare comes. You will receive numerous calls from unknown numbers. If you have apps like Truecallers, they will tell you these are fake numbers or scammers. If you have opened an account, try resetting your password (you won't be able to do). If you send them emails, you will hear nothing. but they will keep calling you.

They are Regulated and have been in business a long time now.......Great team, that is always ready to assist any Trader out there, whether with knowledge or without knowledge about the financial markets. They are the best. And I highly recommend it to anyone.

Do not answer that is not related with you, Futurefinance24 are completely scamers, my money is gone, they lie to me for refunding but only dream, do not invest money in this scam bunch of cheaters, they also tried to take out more money from me with lie to buy etherium, after that i saw that is a big lie, i ask for refunding, but cheters ask from me 500e more in order to get my invested money.
I hope you and your kids will choke with this money !!!!
