Appreciate the option for vegan vitamin D, sustainable packaging, and glass container. Just needs a metal lid and then no plastic used at all. Excellent customer service.
Easy and Efficient
I love the ease of ordering from future kind. It is fast and efficient and also convenient. The packages come on time. The bottles are recyclable. I also have seen a big difference in my skin from taking the collagen pills. I will be ordering the sea moss gummies next!
Overall experience
I rarely use the website to update my subscription but I added a few supplements to my last order. The recent improvements made to the website made it far more user friendly and easy to navigate. Always happy with the quality of the supplements. I’m not a vegan, but I have been using a variety of future kind supplements for a few years now and I remain a loyal customer. One of the best companies in the supplement industry I have found.

Vegan complete multivitamin
I purchased the vegan complete multivitamin and received them quickly. I enjoy the meaning behind the company and their work at creating a clean, high-quality product. However, after researching some more - I should have done this before - I discovered the multivitamin included an excessive amount of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A for example is 500% the daily value (vitamin a toxicity is a thing) then some others are 4167% the daily value, and 3846% the daily value etc... To me, this is unnecessary and could be very harmful. I am not sure why there needs to be an excess amount, but I have decided to stop.
The pills are large and can be hard to swallow. I have a difficult time taking any meds, but I was able to take these, it just took a minute.
I did end up having mild upset stomach symptoms but it was nothing crazy and I typically have a sensitive stomach.
Please do your research before purchasing, although this was not for me and my lifestyle, it could suit you.
Poor Customer Service
I emailed three times about a problem with how much I was charged and no one ever got back to me. Poor Customer Service.
Inaccurate/Very Delayed Shipping, No Customer Service
It took 3 weeks to get my order which was well beyond the shipping estimate provided. Additionally, I sent multiple emails which went unanswered. I will not be purchasing anything from FutureKind again.

Receiving my order on time, and continually reaping the benefits of the supplements I have been using from this company for a little under five years! They are a top-of-the-line brand, I have told so many people about their products, and I have seen a tremendous boost in my health since beginning to use their product.

I’ve tried to contact this company on 3 different occasions about a return shipping label and have gotten no response. Yet the automated marketing emails keep doming. I ordered direct from futurekind.com instead of through Amazon who I later learn fulfills their orders, but I can’t return through Amazon which is much simpler. I’m unsatisfied with the customer service. The website says they will provide a full refund minus the shipping costs for and unused supplements.
Still no products or communication to review

I have been taking these vitamins through preparation to get pregnant and through this first pregnancy and just had a healthy baby, no complications! I am still taking them through breastfeeding and am so grateful to have found a prenatal that understands and compliments a plant-based diet so well! Thank you, FutureKind.
Decent product, weak communication and customer service
Update 3/11 - Received an email response from the team today and learned that they have sent a duplicate order to my correct address at no cost. I'm adjusting my original rating from 2 to 4 stars but keeping my old review the same for posterity.

I like the product enough, but some of their policies are frankly a little ridiculous. I placed an order that totaled $96 and entered my shipping address correctly on the website. However, as I paid through Venmo, apparently the address was pulled in from Venmo and overwrote what I entered on the site. My address in Venmo was out of date as I rarely use this service. This incorrect address was not displayed on the review page prior to purchase; only after I had clicked the button to submit, by which time it was too late to change it. I recognize and take ownership of my own error here, to be clear.
Immediately I saw my old inaccurate address and contacted the company via the help email listed on the website (literally within 5 minutes of placing the order). I got zero response from the company so I emailed again a day or two later. Still nothing. After that, I got automated emails saying my order had shipped and then had been delivered to my old address. In the time since initially emailing them, I have dug around on their website and found conflicting information. On one page their policy states: "If an order has been shipped and a customer notices the wrong address, Future Kind is not responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or bearing the cost with changing an address mid-transit" (among other details). However the site also states that "Order cancellations and or modifications must be submitting in writing within 1 hour of order placement", which was done here. I STILL have not heard back from the company about this situation, over a week later. They state that these policies are intended to provide customers with the best experience, but how is this the best experience???
By some miracle, I have a family friend who lives near my old address. She has stopped by, picked up the package from the very kind person who now lives there, and will send it back to me on her own dime. It should not be the responsibility of generous strangers and acquaintances to clean up this mess.
I am the most frustrated by inconsistent messaging on the website and complete lack of communication from the company. I want to support small businesses and especially vegan businesses, but this experience has unfortunately tainted my opinion of the company and I would struggle to recommend them.

I have never received this order and contacted support twice with no resolution. Wildly uncommon for this company. Very disappointed.
Unresponsive customer support
Unresponsive customer support! I couldn't get them to respond to my inquiries to cancel my order (before it shipped). I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and emailed them as soon as I got my confirmation email for the order. No response. I emailed them two more times and used their contact form on the site, both before and after the order shipped, and never got a response.
Incredibly slow shipping
Incredibly slow shipping - why not just send via post office? Never received, probably have to do a chargeback.
