Buyer Beware
I placed an order 20+ days ago for a single item from a subsidiary company if the parent company futurememories.com. I received one (1) email stating the product was soon shipping, yet their email had a bogus website front for checking the status of your order. Each time that I have attempted to go to the portion of the website that is set up to allow the customer to check their order status, it presents an error stating that the order status information is being updated and to check back later. The window of time the customer service representatives are supposed to be available is quite narrow at two time zones away that they are open, closed weekends. I am not certain that this company is anything more than a front & clearing house used to take money from customers without intent of filling the order. I hope to be proven wrong very soon, and receive my order very soon as well. I can then correct my review.
