Need more options for competitive credit card processors. Rates to High.

Future POS is intuitive which makes it easy to navigate. Moreover, this simplicity allows for easy staff training. Although it is simple to operate it is secure and has a flexible platform to custom tailor the POS to our specific needs. Very powerful.

Layout works well with our menu, any problems with the system, Fitzhugh communication sorts it out as quickly as possible. We have used FPOS for 4.5 years.

Fitzhugh has been great to work with. However, the Future POS at our new location has been plagued of bugs.

We started working with apex who uses the future POS in September of 2017. They have tremendously help our company's efficiency improve in no time. They have always answered questions and helped out with any sort of power outages we may have experienced right away. We have been with Future POS, through Fitzhugh POS, since opening 9 years ago. Having been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with a more solid program, from front of the house to the back. From the ease of use for my servers, to the vast amount of reporting options for management, and it’s all-around reliability, I would recommend this system to anyone opening a restaurant or retail shop, no matter how big or small!

Future POS has been great. I wish the weekend would batch for each day instead of all together. Sometimes it makes it difficult to reconcile if the deposits are off. Other than that everything is great.

I sure wish you had a series of videos to show us some of the secrets of the POS software like how to prevent employees from clocking in early. Also, sometimes the wait to correct a charge is very long. We also do not receive emails to confirm the correction to the credit card problems that we call in. Mercury did send emails with a transaction code.
