My issue resolved within 10 mins of raising ticket , amazing customer support !! It was about multiple location but resolved after showing proof of travel

Price is the main attraction of their service, everything else is basically the same. Don't get me wrong, they are good and this is a decent firm, but still standard good.. nothing too exceptional.

But nothing short from a 5 star review either!

I’ve been trading with FuturesElite for a few months now, and I can honestly say their customer service is top-notch. As someone relatively new to prop trading, I had a lot of questions about their rules and platform setup. Every time I reached out, their support team responded quickly—usually within a few minutes on both Discord and their live chat support on their website—and they were always patient and clear in their explanations.

One specific instance stood out: I accidentally violated a rule during the evaluation phase because due to an unintentional honest mistake of leaving my VPN on for something completely unrelated. I thought I’d blown my chance, but their team, including a mod named Saqi, took the time to review my case and removed the violation. That kind of understanding and flexibility is rare in this industry.

What I appreciate most is how approachable they are. Even the CEO, Christian, has jumped into the Discord chat to help resolve issues, which makes you feel like they genuinely care about their traders. Their platform is solid, but it’s the responsive, friendly, and fair support that really sets them apart. If you’re looking for a prop firm that backs you up and makes you feel valued, FuturesElite is the way to go. Highly recommend!

I think this platform has its advantages but also some disadvantages that you need to be very careful of.

I left a bad review earlier due to failed evals because of “IP Sharing”. If you want to not deal with that, you need to ENSURE you only trade on your home network. Not sure I agree with the rule since it locks your trading down to one location. They reset multiple of my evaluation accounts cause I traded with my own mobile network, which I suppose happens to have been an IP that someone else had also used…

They did process my payout, although with some delay. In the meantime for 1 payout, I received 2 from a different prop firm (Not one of the big 4). So that does leave some questions about what could be taking so long to process an earned payout.

Also not really worth it to talk with the mods on discord, a lot of them don’t trade so they’re just as clueless as you may be. For example, a big rule they emphasize is “DCA cant be your main strategy” but absolutely NOBODY knows what “main strategy” means exactly. Just stay away from DCA in its entirety, as stupid as that is.

Overall not a terrible platform but the rules and lack of knowledgeable customer support takes some points off. Worth it for the price, sure. But I wouldn’t trade with them if you travel, like to DCA, scalp or anything that they restrict.

I’ll revise my review if anything changes in my experience.

Weekend payouts still arrive on due time and not in the beginning of the next week like most other firms do. Their fees are low, like really under the industry standards... at least when it comes to those companies that are available for EU customers.

The platform and dashboard are cool. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Whenever you have an issue, just open a ticket on Discord and it will be resolved quickly. I'm really impressed — sometimes even the CEO gets involved to help you out. Much appreciated!
