Poor communication skills
Poor communication skills. They frequently failed to respond in a timely fashion, and seemed to rely on copy/paste prepared emails. Sure, they got the job done, but they did not advise clearly enough, despite being asked questions or having the same point made repeatedly. This resulted in myself being personally out of pocket when it could have been avoided. Unimpressed.

Contact problems
When you can get hold of somebody to speak with they are excellent. However, we made several phone calls and emails to the company to which we never had a response. Finally we did find one person who responded almost by return to each email.
